  What a delight to see the fireflies illuminating the foliage like fairy Christmas lights! The bioluminescence activity was lots of fun. Our driver Ayyanar was attentive to our every need. He made sure we were comfortable, safe, well-fed ( the Seafood dinner was delicious) and entertained. He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. We felt well cared for in his hands. Ask for Ayyanar if you want an exceptional tour. His English is excellent!

  Jag was our Tour Guide. He did an incredible job, giving us the history of Malaysia. The Batu cave was absolutely incredible. Stunning words cannot describe the beauty. I would absolutely recommend Jag for your Tour Guide needs. He made us just feel welcomed. He went out of his way to show us all he could. Thank you, Jag.   This was our favourite tour in kuala lumpur. We requested Sathesh to be our driver again and he took us to fanatic places. The fireflies were unreal, it was a blessing to see these beautiful creatures. These memories will last a lifetime.

  Our first guided privat tour here in Kuala Lumpur. It was a quite nice experience. The monkey hill was super cool and the monkey so cute. After that we went to a nice restaurant and had Thai food - it was good - nothing special - sweet sour fish and fried prawns. If you expect "special seafood" - it is not. Then we went on a boot - we had to pay extra charges for the BlueTears tours. The firefly boat tour is half an hour plus additional half an hour for the BlueTears. Also her it is a nice experience but you van not expect too much. Our guide Jag was very friendly. The car is a smaller one but it works. So in total it is worth to do it for making memories but it is a little bit too overpriced.

  This was a last minute tour, wasn't going to do it, but I'm glad I decided to do it. Sathesh is a great guide/driver, always making me feel safe and helpful. It was x-mas in July, both on the trees and on the water 😊

  Sathesh yes again came up trumps today with our trip! He goes above and beyond! Fireflies, Eagles and Blue Tears - a MUST if you are in Kuala Lumpur! Plus - the dinner was out of this world!   Our guide, Kimber, was informative and enthusiastic to introduce alternative choices. We took 272 steps to the Batu Caves but it was worth because it was impressive. Then, we went to Malawati Hill. There were many monkeys there. We saw the light house, cannons and color bridges and stairs based on the recommendation from the guide. Finally, we went to fishing village and saw blinking fireflies in small boat firstly because of time limitation. We had adequate time to view fireflies in firefly concentration areas. The guide introduced us to join blue tears at our own expenses. Amazing experiences even little bit expensive.   The driver guide Nesh showed me a marvelous time. He IM'd me via WhatsApp 2 hours before the start to introduce himself & gauge my interests, sent me a photo of his car & license plate so I could find him easily at the entrance of my busy hotel & was already onsite waiting even though I went outside 10 minutes early & actually texted he'd arrived when I was in the hotel elevator coming down so very communicative, responsive & engaging. I was greeted with a warm welcome & big smile & he was kind enough to honor my request to sit up front next to him so I didn't have to talk to the back of a head all day which I greatly appreciated. He was quite knowledgeable about the city & all the attractions at Batu Caves & all the other stops on the tour. He brought vegetables to feed the silverleaf monkeys & took me on walk to see the ocean & famous lighthouse. Nesh offered me bottled water throughout the day & arranged with the restaurant to make a special meal for me since I don't like seafood or cooked vegetables which was very kind & the service there was excellent & the food very tasty. The eagle feeding boat ride was wonderful & quite amazing to witness & the firefly boat ride was delightful as well. If you want an authentic experience with a personable, professional, polite guide & safe driver in a nice clean car who goes above & beyond to make you comfortable & tailors the day to your desires then this is the tour for you & Nesh is the guide to request!
