Discover the landmarks of Rio on a guided tour, including pickup and drop off at hotels, airports or port in Rio.
Start with a visit to Corcovado Mountain, where you ride to the base of the 38-meter tall statue of Christ the Redeemer. Ride by van to the top or board the train, for a preview of the wonderful landscape. After some time to walk around and take the famous photo, we make the way back down.
Next, head towards the mythical Maracanã football stadium and observe its imposing façade. Continue to the legendary Sambódromo where the annual Carnival parade takes place. Visit the Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio, a modern structure influenced by Mayan pyramids. Check out the brightly colored tiles of the world-famous Selarón Steps at Lapa.
Visit Sugar Loaf in the lovely Urca neighborhood and see one of the most iconic natural landmarks in Rio and the world. Take the cable car to the top in two stages.

Corcovado - Christ the Redeemer
Reaching the Cosme Velho district, you'll take a unique Swiss cogwheel train that climbs the mountain from its base to nearly the summit. The very top is reached by climbing a flight of stairs to arrive at the iconic Christ the Redeemer Statue. The view, from this vantage point, with the surrounding Tijuca National Forest spreading below and a circle of mountains closing the horizon at the very back of the Guanabara bay is truly spectacular. After some time to walk around and take photos, we make the way back down.
From Santa Teresa to Lapa, there is the famous Selaron steps, a stairway decorated with colorful tiles. Known for its energetic bohemian vibe, “Lapa” is the most buzzing area in town day and nighttime.

5.00This was a fantastic finish to our short trip to Rio! We booked the 7 hour private tour on our last day with pick up at our Lemme hotel and drop off at GIG airport. Gregtur Tourism Rio did an excellent job of generating a personalized tour that captured all the key sites including Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Escadaria Selarón along with a few other key highlights. Our tour guide Camila brought a tremendous amount of energy and knowledge about the different places and made some great recommendations on local eateries. I've traveled all over the world and felt truly secured with Gabriel our driver navigating the routes and watching our belongings as we toured the different areas. I highly recommend Gregtur Tourism Rio specifically Camila and Gabriel for any future tours!

5.00The best tour in Rio , Camila was really professional and nice , we had a very tight schedule but she managed to take us to many places in Rio , all amazing and it’s definitely not our last trip to Rio or going with Camila 🌷

5.00This was an amazing private tour in Rio de Janiero. Our guide, Carlos, met us as soon as we were off of the ship and took us to our van. The van was roomy, comfortable and well air conditioned. They provided bottled water for the duration of the tour. We visited places not normally frequented by tourists and ended our day seeing the Christ the Redeemer statue. They dropped us off at the airport in time for our flights home. Overall, this was an amazing tour and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.

5.00A huge thank you to Luiz Flavio for an amazing day in Rio. He was so friendly , informative , patient , had the day planned perfectly for us. He also helped with translating when we needed it and gave us great little tips for shopping!! Overall , so happy with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone heading to Rio De Janeiro.

5.00This whole tour was beyond our expectations!It was actually my second time booking a private rio tour with this company (the first one was last year,was also great!!) The whole team is very helpful (from the booking process to arranging the times&sights to see and when to go etc.) Our tour guide Flavio was really friendly and informative(and a great photographer!!),even though we were touring an entire city in a day it felt like we were having fun with friends (those who book private tours regularly would know most of them turn into something school trip like,this isn’t the case with this company and their guides) We were given a list of sights to choose from to see & the team took care of the rest so that way we ended up going to the most crowded touristic sights in the world when least crowded!!They even arranged everything according to the weather so we never ended up getting too hot in awfully sunny Rio For reference: We took the first train up to Cristo at 8 am,then visited the Botanical gardens and some football stadiums;had brazilian bbq for lunch by the bay and then visited the Urca & Sugarloaf mountains around 3 pm (Bare in mind this was our choosing,the list of sights they provide is pretty wide ,some of it being the places you never heard of,or you can specifically request to see some sights which we did with the stadiums) All and all ,yet another great service provided by this company,Thank you to Flavio and the whole team at Gregtur for making us feel so happy in Rio! Book without hesitations!
