5.00we had a wonderful day with guide, Limbert. First went to cenote Sac Actun (yax muul) swimming in a cave. The second cenote was open, good for swimming and jumping in.

5.00Absolutely amazing!! Our guide, Lalo, was the best!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and funny as well! He took countless photos to help us preserve the memories! I would highly recommend too anyone visiting the area!

5.00This tour is a must if you come to Playa del Carmen, one of the finest tour we have ever been on. Our guide Alex was phenomenal, fully knowledgeable in the area and the history of the Cenotes. The sites were so impressive to see, the underground tour was by far the best. Alex took us through the cave pointing out all the features to include the bats hanging from the ceiling and the lunch was a pure delight.
Visited two cenote, one underground, and one above ground. A unique feature in Mexico

5.00We had THE BEST time with Ruben!! He was very fluent in several languages making the language barrier easy to navigate. He had a very clean, new car for us to ride in. Very good host, fun to converse with. We asked for an additional venture and it was no problem! He also let us choose our pick up time because many start too early. The restaurant he chose for lunch was authentic to the area, super tasty and satisfying. Our time with this company and host was just as good as the area we had the pleasure of experiencing. This particular cenote and cave experience was one of the best we have had, and we have done many, many cenotes. Hire Ruben! It’s next level service!

5.00We were picked up early in the morning “Hi my name is Hisa, this morning I am your tour guide and this afternoon I will be your good friend” He made an effort to learn each family member personally and shared stories of his life with us. Our tour with Hisa was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the region and its history. He was both interesting and fun. We toured 2 cenote, both magical. It was like being transported to another place in time. A truly beautiful experience that won’t be forgotten. Thank you Hisa.

5.00We had a perfect trip to the cenotes and a local lunch thanks to Isah. He is the perfect tour guide. Both extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area and its culture as well as the perfect balance of friendly warmth. He made me and my family feel well taken care of. We were picked up on time and traveled in his well kept van. He shared history about the local history, archeology as well as details about his background. He is charming and his insights are valuable. Our trip was like spending the day with a good friend. I cant recommend him highly enough and will certainly and would definitely plan future excursions with him.

5.00Uri was an absolutely lovely tour guide for us three, he explained everything and gave us plenty of time. The cenotes were wonderful and I would absolutely take this tour again. Highly recommend!
