  Alex is probably the best tour guide we’ve ever had, and we travel and take tours fairly often. His knowledge of the geography, culture and people of the area was amazing. He tailored the tour to our wants and needs and in the end we parted feeling that we’d made a friend. The company did a great job of keeping us informed from the moment we made our reservation, answering our questions and requests quickly. Over all it was a wonderful experience that we highly

  My partner and I went on a private tour to two cenotes and lunch with Hisa, who was fantastic. The difference between the two cenotes was perfect; one being a large, sunny and open swimming hole while the other was a long cave with interesting root structures coming through the limestone. On the tour, Hisa took many pictures for us which was great. He also provided an underwater phone case for us to use while swimming around which was nice. Our guide spoke excellent English and was very personable and fun. The car was nice and transport directly from our hotel was really convenient and easy. Lunch was also really nice — allergies and food restrictions were handled very professionally. Rubén, who arranges the tours, was very communicative and friendly as well. Highly recommend this tour company.

  Rueben definitely provided a 5 star worthy experience, from his pre-excursion communications all they way throughout our day. I specifically wanted a private excursion that included pickup at our resort. Rueben is extremely knowledgable about the area in terms of environment, geology, archeology, culture, you name it! He has a very warm and outgoing yet accomodating personality. I was travelling with my adult niece (the trip was a birthday present for her) and Rueben made sure both of us enjoyed our excursion - she is much more athletic and active than I am. Plus, wearing a snorkle meant I couldn't wear my glasses! Reuben made sure I was safe. We ended our excursion with a fantastic lunch! Would happily recommend this excursion.

  Absolutely unforgettable tour. Ruben was an incredible guide and driver—super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience feel effortless from start to finish. The car was extremely comfortable, and the cenotes themselves were breathtaking and felt very exclusive—we had them completely to ourselves. If you’re doing cenotes in Tulum, this is the tour you want, and Ruben is the reason it’s so special.

  Excellent, in all ways, the guide Alex was incredibly knowledgeable about local culture as well as about Cenotes. Alex was very well educated and lived in Europe and the United States I recommend him highly as well as this tour. With thousands Cenotes, it would be very difficult to do this to her by yourself

  Amazing two cenotes tour! Everything was perfectly organized, and the cenotes were absolutely beautiful—crystal-clear water and a truly unique experience. Ruben was a fantastic guide: knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour fun and relaxing while sharing great information about the area. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Ruben as your guide!

  This trip was just fantastic. Our guide Limber organized the excursion perfectly, explained the world of cenotes and gave us as much time to explore as we wanted. You didn’t feel like you were under time pressure and could just enjoy the time. The trip was rounded off by a very delicious lunch in Tulum. It couldn’t be better!

  Guide was terrific. We had a great tour and would do this same trip again tomorrow if we could. The cenotes are a must see in Mexico
