5.00When Martin arrived at the hotel in the morning, he asked us what we wanted to see. We told him to show us things that he liked. He proceeded to teach us more history in the next few hours than we had learned in all of our family history research. Although the Giants’ Causeway was a long drive away, Martin found the time to bring us by the Troubles wall and inform us on the tensions that continue today. Every stop along the way, he lifted me out of the van and secured me in my wheelchair. He helped me push along steep paths to awesome viewing spots. He even bought the three of us ice cream from a local dairy. Absolutely top class guy 👏
VIATOR - worst tour operator ever!!! They will rip you off!!!

1.00We booked this day trip and was so excited to go to Belfast. We got notice from our ship captain the morning before we were to arrive that we would not be stopping at Belfast due to the high winds. I immediately called Viator, then I was messaging and emailing them. They refused to give us our money back as they said I cancelled the day of the tour, although I sent the email from them stating the exact date and time I contacted by email and it was the day before at 10:40am. I then get a email stating that it was within 12 hours of the trip which would have been after 10PM, again my email shows 10:40AM. They do not care about their customers and we booked several day trips with them all over Amsterdam, Ireland, Iceland and Scotland. The company located in Ireland was RD Chauffeur Services.. Beware of VIATOR and RD Chauffeur Services out of Ireland!!!! It was a disappoint to miss Belfast but to be out over $800.00 for a tour we did not get to do and documentation from the captain of the ship and email log showing the time of the email from viator is heartbreaking. Sad to see a company like VIATOR & RD Chauffeur Services treat their customers like that. VIATOR you should be ashamed of yourself especially when we have spent over $10,000.00 with you this year!!!!

5.00Spectacular tour. Well worth the price. The sites were amazing, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It takes you out from Belfast City to places that feel like you're in a fairytale.

5.00This was one of the most breathtaking tours my wife and I have taken in a long time. It is a must do excursion. You are missing out if you don’t take this tour. Our guide Ricky was great and very knowledgable.

5.00Thomas and James were excellent in thinking of every detail to make our trip delightful! We had 11 in our party with two required wheelchairs and these guys were very accommodating! The Nok restaurant at the Giant Causeway was a definitely bonus!

5.00Ricky was nothing short of amazing. We did three transports including two airport transfers and a tour day including Dark Hedges,Dunluce Castle, Giants Causeway, Cerrifurgus Castle finally Old Bushmills distillery. He was an excellent guide providing commentary along the way which we appreciated. On a personal note my son was jumped the night before and was too injured to come with us and Ricky helped me search the alley for his wallet and also helped us get a refund from Old Bushmills. He went above and beyond. Exactly the kind of person you want when you are in a foreign country. He also went out of his way to insure my older parents minimized their walking which again was appreciated. I highly recommend his services.

5.00Communication with the company was excellent. We started planning our trip months in advance. Prior to arrival, our driver, Dessie, was assigned. What a pleasant and lovely gentleman. He took us up to the Dark Hedges, the rope bridge, Giant's Causeway, got a glimpse of the castle, and then back to the hotel. We had him booked the following day to drive us quite a distance into Ireland. He's full of information, and we really enjoyed our time. His information on Belfast (including a drive around and discussion of the city and its people) was fascinating.

5.00RD Chauffeur services is an amazing find, and I think quite reasonable! SO glad we used them! What a terrific day trip! Ricky showed up right on time, and we set off on our private (6 in our group) tour of Northern Ireland. We had plenty of time at each stop, and we weren’t limited by tour bus schedules. We even had a relaxing and delicious lunch at The Nook at the Giant’s Causeway. It was a spectacular day, filled with very personalized service. Ricky is incredibly professional and personable. He is fun, easy to get along with and full of knowledge and interesting facts! I would definitely use this service again!
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! Best day of our two week vacation!!

5.00Thomas was absolutely wonderful! He took great care of us, was extremely knowledgeable, and made the day so much fun! We all agreed that this was our favorite day of our two week trip all around the British Isles! He took us places you can’t get to with a large tour and tailored the day based on our interests. I can’t recommend this enough. We will absolutely use them again if we are back in Ireland! I would give more than five stars if I could! Thanks Thomas!

5.00The private tour to sites in Northern Ireland with Tony was definitely well worth the money! We were able to visit a lot more places than expected, including multiple locations that tour buses can't go. We even went to a few off the beaten path places, including some caves and a waterfall. They even accommodated a tour we scheduled with Bushmills Distillery during the day. We learned a lot about Irish culture from our tour guide Tony too!
