  Amazing experience. We wanted a historical and informative experience for old Jaffa and we got just that. We got to see all of the hidden streets and buildings and were very detailed along the way. Couldn’t recommend more!

  Where do I begin to describe the amazing day we had with Eran in Jerusalem? Our trip was short, but Eran made it feel like we had a week’s worth of experiences. His knowledge about Jerusalem, especially the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, was nothing short of remarkable. We marveled at his ability to draw attention to intricate details that we would have easily overlooked. As a family of three - myself, my wife, and our 7-year-old son - Eran tailored the tour to our interests and pace. His patience and consideration ensured that our son was just as engaged and excited as we were. We particularly appreciated how Eran allowed us time to sit, pray, and reflect within the church. Eran’s deep-rooted love for Jerusalem is infectious, and his tour was the perfect blend of history, culture, and personal anecdotes. He was sensitive to our needs, ensuring we never felt rushed despite our limited time. The cherry on top was the personalized video Eran crafted for us. This keepsake captures our unique journey through the city and will help us relive this memorable trip for years to come.   Eran is very expert when it comes to Jerusalem's history. He taught me so many new things that I didn't know, even after living in Israel for 31 years. He also knows that best place for food, so be aware :)

  I was in Israel on business and was fortunate to have some free time to tour Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. Having a tour guide truly enhanced my experience, as he was able to tailor the tour to my interests and limited time I had available. Eran was so outgoing, passionate and knowledgeable about Jerusalem and Israel in general. He was so engaging and happy to answer all the questions I had. What a special treat to have a video to remember this wonderful experience, I wish I knew how to upload it into the review. I've shared the video with family and friends and they were all impressed by the quality of the video, and places I was able to visit. Thank you Eran, I consider you a friend, and hope I can make it back to Israel!! Regardless of your religion, Jerusalem is filled with history and architecture and is truly a special place and a must visit.

  We went four of us, old friends, to catchup each others life. We wanted it to be in a special and inspiring place...We chose ancient Jerusalem for the place and Eran Frenkel for organizing our visit and for guiding us in the city. Both choosing’s were terrific! Eran ordered us accommodation in a very special hotel in the middle of the city. It was comfortable, beautiful, Interesting and... not so expensive! Eran took us for one evening trip and a dinner and one day trip. Along traveling and dining Eran inspired us with his amazing energy, knowledge of history, culture, special places and people and we couldn’t ask for more...We got the very good company of each other and Eran that managed to capture our spirit and minds and make this old friends joint an inspiring and lively event which we all cherish in our harts! Thank you Eran for this amazing adventure! Gad

  We felt really lucky to have found Eran. We came to know of him through his videos. We wanted to make efficient use of the limited amount of time that we had, at the same time, not rush through the sights and accidentally miss out or overlook important details. The Church of the Holy Sepulchre is full of history and everywhere within, there are niche sections or paintings or details that one could easily miss, especially with the crowds of tourists. I see tour groups with 1 guide for 10 people and I know that not everyone hears what the guides are explaining. So I knew that a personal guide would be best. I travelled with my 82-year old mother and Eran was very patient and solicitous with her. He is knowledgeable and detailed in sharing the history of the sights that we saw. In addition to having our own private guide through the church, he made sure that we had time to actually sit and pray and reflect. He also completed our video in just a few days and we are extremely happy with his work. We bought some beautiful souvenirs, but the personalized video of our time in Jerusalem, was the best thing that we invested in.

  Our tour with Eran was the crowning day of our two-week trip to Israel. We were on our 25th wedding anniversary trip, and wanted something special to help remember our experiences, hence we took a chance on Eran, and his tour with the promise of the video on the back end. Glad we did. We began planning our time with Eran well over a month in advance of our trip. We communicated via email about the sites we wanted to visit during our tour, as well as places we hoped to see on other days in order to customize our experience. Eran was highly communicative and gave us sound advice about places to go on our own and shared his thoughts and videos so we could better plan our time in Jerusalem – both with Eran and on our own. Eran is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the sites visited and he provided insights well beyond anything we found in guidebooks and other resources we used planning the trip. As is often the case, some of our most memorable experiences were the unplanned ones that we would have missed had Eran not been there. For example, early in our tour he noticed an ajar, non-descript metal gate, usually closed and locked to the Church/Convent of Mary Magdalene – a Russian Church with grounds and building both beautiful and holy. Amazing place – we would have missed that opportunity were he not there with us. Another favorite was the Church of St Anne – a small church dating back to around 450, with the most amazing acoustics we have ever heard. Individuals, or small groups of people, were spontaneously singing from the pews, and the sound! You have to hear it. Once again, had Eran not been there to guide us we never would have known it was there, and what to look and listen for. We were a bit concerned going in that the videoing process would be obtrusive. It was not at all, so don’t let that be a concern. Eran’s English was excellent, so no problems with communication. The video itself was professionally done, edited, and with beautiful musical accompaniment. It was in our “hands” (available for viewing and download) within a week of our tour. It was great! We have watched it several times since to relive the experiences. We chose the date of our tour, a Saturday during Shabbat. We thought this a clever use of a day when the vast majority of things are closed in Jerusalem. The problem is that thought occurred to just about everyone else visiting Jerusalem, including the bus tours from around the world. So it was a pretty crowded day. Eran was efficient at circumnavigating the occasional crush at some popular sites. So another good reason to have an experienced guide like Eran with us. Overall a great experience, and time and money well spent. Thank you, Eran!
