5.00Vitor was one of the best guides I have ever had. Great stories, knowledgeable of Portugal. Very comfortable transportation. The visit to the cork factory was fascinating- watching them work, learning about the whole process and so many unique products. The wine tasting was outstanding. Inside the walled village in an original school room, on top of a hill with great views. The wines were top notch. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

5.00Vitor is an amazing guide. His knowledge of the area we visited is extensive, including some local lore. The cork factory stop was surprisingly interesting. We enjoyed the stop in Evora with a good history lesson from Vitor. Monsaraz is a charming town with its cobblestone streets and white buildings. The castle with it bullfighting arena was a highlight. We tasted excellent wine at Ervideira (and ordered a case). In all, it was a great day and we can't imagine a better driver and guide than Vitor. We will recommend him to any friends who come to Portugal.

5.00Our experience with Vítor Pais was excellent! Our private tour to Evora and the wine tasting was amazing. He went above and beyond, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We never feel rushed, give us suggestions of places to stop and even add an extra point of interest to our itinerary. Definitely a most if travel to Lisboa!

5.00Our second day tour was to Evora, Monsarz and cork factory. Vitor is flexible enough to alter and customize his tours to fit the guests’ interests. Since we are not experienced in wine tasting, our choice was to see a famous cork factory. It was a rather educational and exiting experience. We enjoyed the day looking at the places and listening to Vitor’s explanations about the places we visited. It’s easy to communicate with him, to ask questions and to receive a full answer. You feel that you deal with a professional who doesn’t cut the corners, knows his facts and very safe to drive with. I would choose his private tours again over other tour guides because I know now that we’d have a wonderful experience again. He directed us to the places to have lunch, found the most comfortable spots to park and we had no trouble with picking up, dropping in or any other organizational issues. Internet connection in his comfortable car is an added bonus. So, don’t hesitate to book a tour with a professional.

5.00He was early to pick us up in the Algarve to transport us to Lisbon. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge throughout our travels and willing to give more time and stops as needed. Vítor is friendly and accommodating with great communication and commitment to the clients he serves. Would highly recommend him for any sort of transportation or tours and would seek him out if/when we return. Vineyard we visited was amazing and an add on that we don’t regret.
