  Super interesting experience with a very nice and friendly guide who picked us up, gave very good insight into the gipsies life and new people locally. One of the most interesting cultural experiences I have ever had. A definite recommendation!

  Myself and my aunt were travelling together and decided to do this private tour. If you are interested and enjoy seeing and learning about culture then this tour is highly recommended. Our guide was Jay, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. We saw a local way of life without bundles of tourists - we were the only ones. Thanks Jay for giving me and my aunt a rare once in a lifetime experience!!

  My sister and I enjoyed meeting the people of this community. The resilience and ingenuity of the community was inspiring. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Our guide Jay was enthusiastic and informative. The communication from the company was excellent. We were captivated by the dancing of Dewi. This was an authentic experience that we would encourage others to experience.

  Jayy was our guide and he was very friendly, efficient and informative. We were able to see how the people in these village communities live and we felt very welcomed by the locals. This trip has been a highlight of our holiday and we felt very privileged to meet and interact with the lovely people of these communities. Thank you, Jayy!

  Great tour excellent experienced friendly guides would highly recommend. Meet a few of the locals you treated us as friends. Had fun dancing with the village girls and tasted some yummy treats. Lunch was tasty Nasi goren large serve

  Really interesting tour that showed great respect for the people’s homes we were visiting. We were very well cared for and found the interactions with local people very well integrated into the tour.

  Can't believe nobody has mentioned the squallor these people live in. Haven't seen so much rubbish and pollution anywhere in the world. Village children swimming in human excrement and nappies. Dog dirt wherever you walk. Like a rubbish dump on land and in thd sea. Surprised there aren't more outbreaks of diphtheria or typhoid.

  Efficient pick up and driver. Gypsy village was an island encased in litter and floating excrement. Island guide showed us how to wear traditional dress, offered a small fishy rice dish and bottled water and watched/joined I'm dances. Showed us inside a family house so very informative but so much mess and squalor was upsetting. Not the conventional way of living but not nomadic. Children swimming under tgeir houses, dodging trash. None if the residents bothering to tidy. We couldn't have a lunch out as it was Ramadan. Nice driver called Jayy.

  We had the best day! Best thing we done the whole of Malaysia. Very cultural and down to earth experience. Jay was our tour guide and was great! He knew so much about the culture and history because he had grown up with friends staying in this area. The tour was very personal and we were allowed longer doing certain areas if we wanted to. All of the locals were so friendly and we got invited into a locals house to get to ask any more questions and see how they live on a day to day basis. MUST DO TOUR!
