Then set off to discover La Goulette, this suburban district is renowned for the perpetual animation that reigns in its streets. Take a break for lunch at a local restaurant.

After visiting this district, you will also have the chance to visit the ancient city of Carthage which has ancient monuments offering a superb view of the surrounding coast. After visiting this UNESCO heritage archaeological site, you will continue to Sidi Bou Saïd, a picturesque village in blue and white which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.

Me and my boyfriend did this tour on our first trip to Tunisia. Rabe was our driver who picked us up from our hotel. Great driver with great music taste! Fahmi was our tour guide, who was very knowledgeable about Tunisia and its history which we loved. He showed us everywhere and we always felt safe traveling with him even through the busy markets. The restaurant he took us too was really tasty and great proper Tunisian food. Overall would really recommend and was worth every penny!!

We were picked up in a car that sounded like it would break down. There was no communication from the driver other than we would meet our guide at Cartage. When we arrived, we stopped on the side of the road again no communication. The guide got in and introduced himself. The Cartage part of the tour was underwhelming and there was far too much information given to really process anything. It was at times difficult to understand the guide. We felt uncomfortable for a lot of the trip as the guide was getting too close and was looking at my friends chest and my legs throughout the day. The other two parts of the tour were good and lunch was decent. There is alot of information given on the tour which was difficult to keep up. All in all were left unimpressed

The tour was fantastic! We visited Sidi Bou Said, some ancient ruins, and the Medina in Tunis. Everything was well-organized, and the guide was very knowledgeable. Lunch was delicious, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Car was clean comfortable and on time. Both driver and guide had a very good command of English so no problem with communication or understanding the description of the places visited. The lunch was very nice. Be careful about footwear as there is quite a bit of walking. We started from Hammamet so it was an hours drive each way before the actual tour but it was an enjoyable day. Highly recommended. We did enquire locally and the cost would have been slightly higher.
