Depart Amman North to Ajlun Castle, a Saracen fortress which is a mere 16 km from Jerash. The castle is located on the top of a mountain just outside the small city of Ajlun. It is an interesting maze of passages and levels, and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area, northwestern Jordan, and off into Galilee. Continue to the ruins of Jerash, one of the Middle East's best examples of a Greco-Roman provincial city. At the entrance of the site, admire Hadrian's Arch, built in 129 AD to mark Emperor Hadrian's visit, and the Hippodrome, a partially restored Roman-era stadium. Once inside, accompanied by a private, local guide, wander the colonnaded streets and discover its most important monuments: Temples, Theaters, Baths, Oval Plaza, Nymphaeum, along with several Byzantine churches dating from the Christian era. Return to Amman.

5.00We were expected out of the plane. Everything was ready for border and visa formalities. It only took a few minutes. Then we had time to review everything that was planned during the stay before the arrival of the driver. Really the formalities were very simple. We had taken the 4 star formality. The hotels were very good. Comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were hearty. Only small downside, camp breakfast in the Wadi Rum for people who are used to eating sweet. Very little choice in this case. Our driver was exceptional! Nice, helpful, always in a good mood, generous. Tariq contributed a lot to the success of our stay. Huge thanks to him. The car was spacious and comfortable. To summarize, the organization was perfect, the contact with the agency was very simple and always fluid. A big thank you

5.00We had an amazing experience traveling through Jordan with JD Tours. Ezra helped us very well in offering a perfect program. From the very beginning, everything was well-organized and stress-free. A warm welcome at the airport, we could skip the line at the customs! Also a special thanks goes to our wonderful driver, Ahmed Ibrahim, who truly made our trip unforgettable. Ahmed was incredibly kind and attentive, especially in helping my husband who has difficulty walking. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the journey. His support and patience meant the world to us. Even when we encountered some issues at one of the hotels, Ahmed handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. His calm and friendly approach made us feel safe and supported at all times. Thanks to JD Tours and Ahmed, we were able to enjoy the beauty of Jordan without any worries. 5.00We had an incredible experience. 8 days visiting the Jordan's highlights, like Amman, Ajlun, Jerash, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. Victoria was always clear in her explanations and made the best shcedule possilble for us! Azmi, our guide, is an expert on the culture and history of Jordan. His explanations in perfect Spanish were really interesting. I fully reccomend Jordan Direct Tours.

5.00Ola organised a fabulous itinerarly for us. The correspondance we had with Jordan Direct was very professional and efficient. The guides were excellent and we had our own driver who looked after us for the week and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

5.00We had an amazing time in Jordan! Thanks to Omaima, she was the perfect tour coordinator and Alaa Salameh, he was the perfect driver for our time in Jordan. We felt save and cared for at all times. We stayed at the Fairmont in Amman for one day, they were nice enough to stored our extra luggage for almost a week. It was luxurious and welcoming, just what you expect of their service. From there we went to Petra, stayed at The Petra Guest House hotel, just steps from the entrance and they were also soooo welcoming! Petra is undeniably, more extraordinary than you think! The walk through the gorge! The beautiful red rocks! And finally The Treasury! Had a drink at the must do Cave Bar, because of the history and uniqueness of it, where else can you have a drink at 2,000 year old tomb??? From there we went to Wadi Musa and stayed at Aicha Luxury tents at the Panoramic luxury tent, we did a 3 hour tour of the desert and then watched the stars from our room, what an incredible experience! From there we went to stay at Movenpick hotel at the Dead Sea, upgraded our room to have a terrace overlooking the sea and as far as Jerusalem….. it was worth every dollar! Jordan was safe and we felt appreciated for coming to visit at this difficult times for their economy. Alaa was friendly, punctual at all times, informative. My husband had many conversations with him about religion, something we strive to understand more. I feel we had immersed in their beautiful culture for the time we were there! I hope we have a friend for life!

5.00The visit to Ajlun,Irbid and Amman is for visiting mother's family .She came from Ajlun in early 1970s to Beirut to study at AUB . Well days roll and she met father, a Professor at AUB too so its written. Mother's sisters and brothers were between Ajlun,Irbid and Amman . You know Amman has so many alleys named Duwwar 1 to Duwwar ... I forgot the number.Add so many inner Amman alleys. Well I go many summers simply to visit them, August normally along with mother and my sister's family. Since 2014 we had no trips and in 2020 ALL the world stopped in FULL PARALYSIS. I live in Beit Chabab, the Lebanese mountains site, AlMaten district. Beit Chabab and Amman have the same height, 700 meters . Well Beit Chabab is known worldwide for church bells, Lebanese Center for Handicapped-St Antoine Of Padoue monastery .I live in low alley of the village. Search for my village; You'll love its views.

5.00Recently, my husband and I visited Amman, Jordan where we were very much looking forward to visiting as many tourist sites as possible, especially the Biblicals. Fortunately, we had the pleasure of being partnered with a local driver who was quite knowledgeable on the various sites. He is none other than Ibrahim, a most honest, reputable, reliable, kind, and patient Jordanian gentleman. He also speaks English fairly well and maintains a quiet, clean, modern vehicle. I highly recommend Ibrahim to anyone who wants have an enjoyable experience while visiting Amman, Jordan. 5.00We did an amazing tour, expertly put together by Jordan Direct. We did a comprehensive tour covering Amman, Jerash, Mataba, Mt Nebo, Baptism site, Dead Sea, Dana, Petra and Aqaba. Expert professional driver and guide Esam. All accommodation was excellent. Everything from been met at the airport, to travelling with the driver and guides was first class. We had a most memorable experience. Highly recommend.

5.00Jordan is safe with nice and warm hospitality from Jordanians. Attractions are magnificent eg. Petra, Wadi Rum dessert, Jerash etc. We chose a private group tour arranged by ‘Jordan Direct Tour’ which we were happy with their service and quality of hotels and facilities. The assigned driver Haytham was a very nice guy, polite and helpful. Come enjoy Jordan and support local people and business. It’s very safe there. Trip during 21-27 December 2023.
