The Great Pyramid of Khufu
Time to meet the star of the show – the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the largest pyramid in the world! You’ll have plenty of time to snap jaw-dropping photos, walk right up to the entrance, and explore the surrounding area. Don’t miss the chance to check out the ruins of King Khufu’s funerary temple, where the mummification magic happened over 4,500 years ago. Next up, it’s time to visit the Queens’ Pyramids, including the one belonging to Queen Hetepheres – Khufu’s mom. Fun fact: her pyramid is open for visits, but only Sunday through Thursday, so plan accordingly! If you’re feeling extra adventurous and want to step inside the Great Pyramid itself, you’ll need a special ticket – but no worries, your guide will be happy to help you sort that out.

5.00Our trip to Egypt was nothing short of incredible, truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that exceeded every expectation. Travelling with both my elderly nan, who has mobility challenges, and my 2-year-old daughter, I was honestly a little nervous about how it would all work. But from the moment we started, Promo Tours went above and beyond to make everything seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable for all of us. What made this trip truly unforgettable, though, was our guide, Ahmed Saber. I can’t say enough good things about him. His patience, kindness, and genuine care for our family were unmatched. He took the time to ensure my nan was always comfortable and never rushed, while also making the experience fun and engaging for my little one. Ahmed’s knowledge was incredible, every site, every story, every moment was brought to life in such a meaningful and memorable way. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and it made such a difference to our experience. By the end of the trip, he didn’t just feel like a tour guide, he felt like family. If you’re considering Egypt, I cannot recommend Promo Tours highly enough and if you’re lucky enough to have Ahmed Saber as your guide, you are in the very best hands. 5.00Excellent agency! They took care of all the details and had first-rate service. I'm used to being very self-sufficient but with Promo you don't have to worry about anything. They ensure that your entire trip works perfectly. They welcome you before you go through migration (beware: they offer you the visa $15 dollars more expensive to not line up... I guess if there is a lot of line it may be worth it but if there is no line, it is better to buy it directly) and leave you at the airport security back. The rest of the time they are always watching you: transfers, hotels, meals, tickets, everything... If you want to add extra things or stops to your package, they are always ready to take care of you. We had very friendly, fun guides, who knew a lot (specialists in their area) and who also had many attentions with us that made us feel at home. Ahmed and Nasser in Cairo and Sayed in southern Egypt were the best guides and made the chaos of Egypt no problem so that we could enjoy our entire trip.

5.00My mom, sister and I had our first Egypt experience and it was amazing!!!!!! Our guides throughout the whole week and different cities were very professional, very helpful and super patient. They made everything possible and had so many nice attentions towards us. I truly recommend them. Big applause to Ahmet, Nasser and Sayed! Thank you! We always felt safe with them.

5.00We were in Cairo getting to know the pyramids of Giza, the Coptic quarter, the alabaster mosque, with Mena who was our guide and did super well. At the airport we were greeted by Amin who accompanied us throughout the stay, organizing visits, schedules, also accompanied us to the airport and checked in to travel to Luxor to make the Nile cruise. The boat was the Nile Palace where we were guided with great knowledge Dino. Amin met us again at the airport and we also saluted our last excursion in Egypt a typical night in Cairo where we enjoyed a beautiful walk as if we were local all in hand and with a spectacular closure with typical Egyptian dinner. I recommend Promo if you want to know Egypt.

From the first contact with Ahmed, Mahmoud, Vito and Tayson, the organization was clear, close and very efficient, which gave us a lot of peace of mind before starting the trip. The guides demonstrated impressive knowledge in every place we visit, conveying passion for what they do. In addition, they were always attentive and considerate with our needs and pace, adapting each tour so that we could enjoy the most in comfort and safety. With each one we live a different experience, from the reception of Ahmed, the night cairo with Mahmoud, visit the pyramids with Vito and the cruise with Tayson. Definitely an experience we would choose again.
