  Our tour guide reached out to us prior to the confirmed date via WhatsApp so we could align really easily on how to meet and made accessing some of the most beautiful natural views and old villages super easy. For us, we delayed in getting a 4x4 for ourselves to rent too long and wouldn't have been able to go to jabal Akhdar at all without a tour like this, glad we found it.

  Aziz was our driver and was great at showing all the sites and explained the history. The tour was well worth it and I would highly recommend it. It's a great way to get introduced to the area and a good use of a day.

  The view and atmosphere after the hard walking was really amazing. And also we were very happy to could visit beautiful rose garden, where we can buy some rose products. We had a long journey but it was comfortable in the car. Our guide Mr. Alkiyumi was very nice and kind. He has a great coverage of knowledge about the places we visited.

  Jebel Akhdar stands as a cooler haven compared to Muscat, making it a perfect destination for an unforgettable day trip, with its stunning vistas that leave you in awe. It's crucial to ensure that you're equipped with a 4WD vehicle, as standard cars are not permitted due to the rugged terrain. To navigate this terrain safely, having a knowledgeable guide with specialized driving skills is essential. Thank you for this amazing trip.

  From the start till the end the tour was excellent. Our guide Ahmed he was very friendly and informative tour guide. The views we visited was super spectacular Jebel Akhdar is really beautiful and the weather was cool. Thank you Ahmed and star tours oman for our memorable trip.

  The lovely weather with spectacular views in Jebel Akhdar, this is the best place for those who love trekking. We'll worth and slightly scary drive but we are thankful we had a good and excellent driver who drive very safe and make us felt comfortable during that time of the trip. Highly recommend him.

  My second time to visit Jabal Akhdar because of its natural beauty, and i finally had the chance to enter Anantara Resort, and wow, what a mesmerizing view!!!   It was a great experience, we visited BIRKAT AL MOUZ OLD VILLAGE which was a breathtaking view. We also went to THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM OF AL KATTMYN which was nice. JEBEL AKHDAR & DIANNAS VIEW POINT was amazing and we had a lovely lunch there as well. AL SUWJARA VILLAGE is where I fell in love 😍.   Oman is a beautiful country surrounded by mountains and amazing landscapes. We have been here for many years but never explored its beauty on top of the mountains. We booked on May 2, 2022, with "Star Tours Oman" for this trip and visited the old village in Jebel Akhdar called Al Suwjara Village, You have to hike all the way down to the village, the steps are safe and easy. We enjoyed visiting this place. We would like to thank Mr. Said for taking us safely to this place, without his skills in safe driving, we will not be able to pass an arduous path up the hill. He is able to communicate and is fluent in English. He is knowledgeable in what he is doing and is able to give a historical background of all the places that we visited. This trip won't happen without the help of Ms. Rhoda, she had arranged our itinerary well enough to visit all the places that are included in the package.
