After we met at our meeting point we will head to Kompong phluk it might take about 45minute with our fluent English speaking driver/guide, who will accompany you and explain you most interesting activities along the way. When we get there we will do a boat trip from the local port straight to see a very big and interesting fishing village located on Tonle sap lake, The biggest lake in Southeast Asia, the average side from ( 3000-12000 square kilometers). You could enjoy a boat trip for around 2 hours seeing the fishing village, fish farm, crocodiles farm, flooded church, schools, pagoda, and many more activities in this tour. After we will head to the kayaking/canoeing next to the flooded jungle, you will have a private small boat that paddles you through the flooded jungle for around 40 minutes, you are enjoying the peaceful feeling inside the flooded jungle on the love trip, the best experience. After we finished Kompong Phluk we will return by boat to the harbor then we will proceed next to the killing field. Killing field located in Wat Thmey pagoda. Our guide will explain you more about the killing on spot. After we will head back to the hotel.

This tour is excellent & meaningful as we get to go to Kampong Phluk to see the kindergarten school to see the kids. Panha, our guide & driver is fluent in English, he gave us the honest details of everything about the culture, country & best he helps us to communicate with the locals & even helping us to get a discount as is overly priced for limited choices of stationery. He also help us to distribute the books & pencils to the kids. Excellent driving skills safe & steady, clean & spacious car for my family of 3. Although, the programme was altered due to dry season where the boat ride to Mangrove wasn’t available, it was exchanged with a museum (not very interesting). The lunch place is very nice & have a reasonable restaurant price with nice Khmer cuisine. I wish I could buy more stationeries at market in Siem Reap before I go to this tour to give out to the students there. Overall it’s a fantastic tour with an excellent & helpful tour guide Panha

My wife and I plus our adult son and partner made the trip. Our guide was Panha who has an excellent knowledge of Cambodian history and Siem Reap. His english is excellent and enjoyable to communicate with. We travelled in his large comfortable Lexus vehicle. The trip covered all areas noted in the description plus we enjoyed a short village work meeting the friendly locals.

The tour was absolutely wonderful. Panha has given us a nice inside to what life is like in this fisherman's village. This tour should be on every travellers list. We definitely wouldn't wanted to miss this.
A must for ALL visiting Siem Reap!!

This tour was suggested by our airport transfer representative Panha - a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable rep who spoke excellent English. The tour itself was one that all visiting Siem Reap should experience. It most definitely was thought provoking, provided a reality check, and left us with memories of a working Cambodian community that shall remain in our hearts and minds for years to come!
