Mutianyu Great Wall
Hotel pick-up at your downtown hotel lobby. We will then drive directly to the Mutianyu Great Wall, famous for its stunning natural scenery—lush forests and vibrant landscapes that transform beautifully with each season. Located in Huairou District, northeast of Beijing, this section is approximately 75 kilometers from the city center. As one of the best‑preserved and most picturesque sections of the Great Wall, Mutianyu historically served as a vital northern defensive barrier protecting the capital. You may take the cable car up to the wall. You can choose to hike along the wall to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views, or take the cable car down or Chairlift up and toboggan ride for a fun and memorable descent. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Approximately 12 people: Please make your own way to the meeting point. No need to provide your hotel information. Meeting time: 7:30am.: Please arrive 5 minutes early. By Taxi: Regent Beijing Hotel, 99 Jinbao Street, near Wangfujing. By Subway: Take Line 5 to Dengshikou Station (Exit C). Walk 50m (1 min) to the hotel entrance. 5.00From the moment she found us at the train station, Linda went above and beyond. She spotted us in the crowd with no hassle and led the way with confidence, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Once we got to the wall, she brought it to life with fascinating stories about its history that you just can’t get from a guidebook. Her knowledge was impressive and her passion for sharing it made every step more meaningful. Linda was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing time. Highly recommend her to anyone visiting the Great Wall — you’re in great hands!

5.00A must do tour! Efficient transport, amazing views and our tour guide Jeffrey taught us so much history about the great wall. The chairlift and toboggan was so fun. 10/10 would recommend this tour and Jeffrey :)
