5.00Alex Alexander was an excellent guide for us on our Wonders of Sintra tour. His knowledge of the area and fun personality made our day extra special during our recent visit to Lisbon. 5.00Our private tour to Sintra with Alex was excellent from start to finish. Communication before the trip was fast and helpful, and he tailored the itinerary to our preferences. The Mercedes van was spotless and cool, and Alex’s English and explanations made every palace and viewpoint fascinating. This was the perfect way to see Sintra at our own pace.

5.00Our tour was wonderful. Our guide, Elisabete, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced as a tour guide. We had a very personalized tour of the Pena Palace and the other areas, as well. I would recommend Elisabete to others, without hesitation.

5.00Our experience visiting Pena Palace, the Moorish Castle, and Quinta da Regaleira was the highlight of our trip and my parents & in-laws are still raving about it weeks later. We wanted a tour that mixed historical knowledge with the freedom to do our own thing and explore, which is exactly what we got. Elisabete is a Sintra native and actually used to work at Quinta da Regaleira so that, combined with her decades of tourism experience made her the perfect guide. We also got plenty of time to explore independently and had about 1.5 hours for lunch in downtown Sintra. This is truly all inclusive too - we got picked up and dropped off at our apartment and didn't have to worry about parking, driving, tickets, entrance times, etc - Elisabete handled it all and that allowed us to just enjoy and soak in the experience. If you are looking for a stress-free and knowledgeable private tour of Sintra, I could not recommend Elisabete and Top Ten Tours more!

5.00Our family of 6 travelled to Sintra with Alex and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Alex is a wonderful guide--total professional, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. He is intimately familiar with all the sites and knows all the "ins" and "outs". A true insider. His van was clean and comfortable and he delivered on all that he promised and more. He loves Sintra and Portugal and we had a wonderful and memorable day with Alex.

5.00We've been traveling for 20+ years throughout Europe, Asia and South America. The Sintra, Pena Palace and Cascais tour with Alex was one of the best we've taken. Alex was prompt, pleasant, welcoming and funny. His knowledge base was incredible. I don't think it could be duplicated. Transport was via a very comfortable Mercedes Van. Each member of my group (4 well traveled adults) loved this tour, and Alex. We will travel with him again.
