Entrance fees are included, along with cold water in a cooler aboard the air-conditioned, premium vehicle. We also provide you with snorkel gear and life jackets. We visit the site in the morning, right when it opens at 8 am, so we can avoid the crowds.
You can customize the itinerary and modify the program and add a lunch break - tacos in a local restaurant. Travelers who join us, will visit the most important places - without the crowds.

Tulum Archaeological Site
A guided tour around the archaeological site with our certified guide. We visit the site in the morning, right when it opens at 9 am, so we won't be swamped with tourists. The Mayan Ruins in Tulum are a magnificent seaport fortress built on a steep ocean cliff. While walking around the ruins, you can also see iguanas and coatis (an animal similar to a raccoon).
Cenote Taak Bi Ha
The underground cenote Taak Bi Ha is situated in the Parque Dos Ojos and is especially suitable for a great snorkeling and diving experience. With crystal-clear waters and spectacular rock formations, it is incredibly beautiful and surrounded by the Mexican jungle.

5.00From the Wyman Family written by Sebastian (9 year old). Manny is an outstanding guide, active, engaging, and knowledgeable. He answers every question and always helps direct us to whatever we need. He is there for us at all times. He also speaks very fluent English, which is extremely helpful since some of us don’t speak Spanish. Manny has a great sense of humor and somehow turns even the smallest moments into memories that last a lifetime. In my opinion, he never misses a detail. He always has a smile and truly takes his time with the group. He consistently goes above and beyond. He often came with us and pointed out things even when he doesn’t have to. Just to make sure we enjoy every part of the experience. He checks in with us often to make sure we’re okay, which really shows how much he cares. He’s very attentive and always prepared to go anywhere. He even shared his favorite place with us—the bat cave—and explained it from his own point of view, which made it even more special. If I ever went on another tour, it would absolutely be with Manny. If I had to rate him out of five, I’d give him a hundred. Overall, Manny is the best tour guide ever.

5.00Everything was amazing. Ivan was on time with the pick up and was knowledgeable about everything Tulum, cenotes and turtles. Our family couldn’t be happier with our excursion. We ended the day at an amazing taco joint. Ivan is the perfect fit for any family

5.00This was the best part of my vacation. Manny was prepared- he had water for us, snorkeling gear, comfortable ride, and took plenty of pictures for us, of me and my friend throughout the tour. Swimming in the cenotes is a must do for anyone traveling in this area. Instructions snorkeling in the cenotes and in the bay were communicated clearly and made the overall experience wonderful. And we went for tacos afterwards in Playa del Carmen. Thank you.

Everything was perfectly timed, private, and stress-free. Our guide Manny truly made the experience exceptional—he was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made us feel safe, answered all our questions, and knew exactly where to go for the best experiences (and photos!). Their knowledge of the Mayan history at Tulum added depth and meaning to the visit, and their care and attention made the whole tour feel personal and effortless. The cenote stop was stunning, and they ensured we had plenty of time to enjoy it without feeling rushed. Swimming with the turtles was a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and Mario and Daniel made sure we felt safe, comfortable, and fully able to enjoy the experience. 5.00We had an amazing experience with Manny! He was very patient with my young kids and tailoring the experience to them and their moods! Our favorite experience of the day was the cenote, wishing we would have seen a few cenotes! I would highly recommend this company for an excursion. Very professional, good conversation, and makes you feel very safe and well taken care of. He was also great at making sure we captured photos of beautiful scenery! Thank you again Manny!

5.00Great time doing the Tulum ruins, lunch at a beach club and a cenote. Entire family had a great experience and would love to do again. Our tour guide was Manny, who was very knowledgeable but also kept us laughing and having fun the entire time. For those interested, Manny is not only an expect on Mayan history, but will keep you up to date on movies, television shows and especially Stranger Things. I would recommend this tour to anyone as it was a blast!

5.00What a great experience! Manny was our guide and did an amazing job all throughout our trip. He guided us around Tulum and shared interesting information about the site. (Taking this private trip avoided the large crowds!) Swimming in the Cenote was incredible and was the best part of our trip. The Swimming with the Turtles was fun and once again we were able to navigate around the larger groups. Overall we had a wonderful time and highly recommend Tours with Mike and Manny as a guide!
