Entrance fees are included, along with cold water in a cooler aboard the air-conditioned, premium vehicle. We also provide you with snorkel gear and life jackets. We visit the site in the morning, right when it opens at 8 am, so we can avoid the crowds.
You can customize the itinerary and modify the program and add a lunch break - tacos in a local restaurant. Travelers who join us, will visit the most important places - without the crowds.

Tulum Archaeological Site
A guided tour around the archaeological site with our certified guide. We visit the site in the morning, right when it opens at 9 am, so we won't be swamped with tourists. The Mayan Ruins in Tulum are a magnificent seaport fortress built on a steep ocean cliff. While walking around the ruins, you can also see iguanas and coatis (an animal similar to a raccoon).
Cenote Taak Bi Ha
The underground cenote Taak Bi Ha is situated in the Parque Dos Ojos and is especially suitable for a great snorkeling and diving experience. With crystal-clear waters and spectacular rock formations, it is incredibly beautiful and surrounded by the Mexican jungle.

5.00Well worth the price, Ivan was awesome the time. Ivan would crack jokes and keep the conversations going the entire car ride. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone planning a trip to Cancun.

5.00Ivan, our tour guide, arrived on time with a nice vehicle that fit our group perfectly. He was super knowledgeable about our trip, friendly and all around good person. It was hard to decide which stop was better, the ruins were interesting, the cenote was amazing as well as seeing the turtles. Ivan was accommodating. I definitely recommend Tours with Mike.

5.006 of us in a private tour was the best decision we made for an excursion. Great pick up, amazing experience, a full day well spent with family and friends and very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Ask for a taco stop.

5.00Ivan the tour guide was so helpful! We learned a ton and had a blast along the way! And at our own pace. My favorite part of the vacation for sure. Did not have to deal with lines or crowds. And saw some spectacular sites! Would do again!!!

5.00Overall, an excellent private tour of nearby attractions in Tulum. Our tour guide was Miguel and he was excellent. Despite our limited time schedule, he was very flexible with modifying our tour. He was also very knowledgeable of the history and culture of Tulum and knew the area very well.

5.00From the Wyman Family written by Sebastian (9 year old). Manny is an outstanding guide, active, engaging, and knowledgeable. He answers every question and always helps direct us to whatever we need. He is there for us at all times. He also speaks very fluent English, which is extremely helpful since some of us don’t speak Spanish. Manny has a great sense of humor and somehow turns even the smallest moments into memories that last a lifetime. In my opinion, he never misses a detail. He always has a smile and truly takes his time with the group. He consistently goes above and beyond. He often came with us and pointed out things even when he doesn’t have to. Just to make sure we enjoy every part of the experience. He checks in with us often to make sure we’re okay, which really shows how much he cares. He’s very attentive and always prepared to go anywhere. He even shared his favorite place with us—the bat cave—and explained it from his own point of view, which made it even more special. If I ever went on another tour, it would absolutely be with Manny. If I had to rate him out of five, I’d give him a hundred. Overall, Manny is the best tour guide ever.
