Total time included the land transportation to the places to visit and come back to your hotel is between 10 and 11 hours, depending the location of your hotel
We don't stop in places to shopping. We provide a cultural and history tour with our professional guides who explain to you all the details about the Mayan culture and Mexico's history.

5.00This private tour was excellent. We all agreed the cenote portion was the best of the three excursions. I’ve been to several cenotes in Mexico and this one - Nohoch - was the most impressive as we got to swim through very low-hanging limestone formations. It felt very cave like (not a boring big pool area). Our guide Oscar led us into the underground river and did a great job sharing info about the stalactites, stalagmites, and so many bats! Lunch there was also quite good. I recommend paying for a private tour like this for a more intimate and personalized experience. I will say that swimming with the turtles at Akumal isn’t nearly as special as 20 years ago when you could just show up on the beach and snorkel on your own. So many tour groups and murky water. (That said our on site guide was great: friendly and navigated us well to turtles - we also saw stingrays and pufferfish, among other fish near the coral.) Tulum archeological site guide was also informative.

5.00Allow me to set the scene: Family of 4 ( including two boys ages 7 and 10). We were looking for something fun with a personal touch, that would allow the boys to explore and learn in a fun way! That is why we booked this tour. Now, to the tour guide. My goodness he was BEYOND any standards or expectations and surpassed any tour guide we have ever had. His name is Pablo. Pablo, if you are reading this, my kids are STILL talking about you and want you to move in w us as their big brother 🤣 Pablo' s English was perfect. his knowledge of all things nature? amazing, his passion? Unmatched. He had answers to any questions; a steady anchor for the littles when they felt a bit overwhelmed; joined us for the water portions of the tour becoming a part of our family unit. Thank YOU, Pablo for making this tour the most memorable one. If you are his supervisor, give the man a raise. He truly deserves it. From the Rodriguez/ LopezPerez family, Much love and stay awesome! 5.00We loved our guide Oto and our driver Luis so much! The tour really hit some incredible highlights. The Mayan ruins of Tulum are very interesting. You will get a separate guide for that portion, so be sure to bring tip money. I’m not sure how much actual history we learned, but it was nice to be shown around a couple of the features. The cenote was *incredible*. We felt like we entered the Mayan underworld. Best experienced in an extremely small group. Not good for small children. Turtle sanctuary was amazing as well. We got lucky and saw about 10 turtles! You’ll see more if you are a strong swimmer and in a small, nimble group. What a lot of adventure in one day!

5.00I went out as a small group of four people on this tour with Oscar. He was fantastic sharing details of each of the excursions and gave us a once in a lifetime tour. I can't recommend this tour (especially if you are lucky enough to get Oscar!) enough. They also timed everything perfectly so as to beat the crowds. It was a perfect day.

5.00A group of 12 of us went on this tour with our guides Juan and Cesar. We were amazed at how smoothly the day went. We felt the perfect level of fun and safety. The cenote swim was a true highlight! Both Juan and Cesar were true professionals and we recommend them highly!!

5.00First part was interesting, the ruins are less interesting in Tulum than in other sites but we got alot of information about the history of Tulum. The cenote cave was different from other cenotes in which I've been in a sense that you don't just bath in it but also swim throw and see the tunnels underground. The snorkling was very spacial since I've never done it and seeing the see turtles was really fun, wish the water were clearer.

5.00Overall, loved it, definitely worth the money (think of it as an investment in your core memories)! Shortly after payment, received confirmation email and WhatsApp message with instructions. Our guide was Jar, who is absolutely lovely and excellent at her job! Excellent air conditioned van with safe personal driver (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name!). We were dropped off at Tulum first thing before the huge tour groups arrived and Jorge was our guide, who is a real Mayan descendant! After our ruins tour we headed out to the cenote and Jar was very clear on the plan and instructions (i.e. no outside cameras). She really made the cenote experience given that she is a biologist! We had the entire cave to ourselves, which was very special and an experience I can't quite relay how amazing it was... imagine an empty cenote where you turn off the light and it's pitch black with just the sound of bats and dripping water!! Way better than an over crowded experience with loud and obnoxious strangers talking/screaming or disrupting the bats with lights everywhere. We bought the offered photos from the locals, which was a crazy deal ($30 usd for probably 60 photos). Next was the turtles, where we had a great local guide in addition to Jar's expertise, and they pointed out TONS of marine life that I would have just glided over. I also really appreciated that they both guided us away from the crowds and were able to find turtles, squid, and fish for us! Even went out to the coral reef. Close to the shore, people cannot figure out how to keep their feet up and made the water incredibly murky, so we appreciated getting us away from that chaos. If you can swing it financially, this private tour is 100% the way to go!
