We will track the status of your flight to know the time we should pick you up. For domestic flights: once you have cleared customs, go directly to gate 1 in the arrivals hall, where your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name. For international flights: once you have cleared customs, go directly to gate 4 in the arrivals hall, where your driver will be waiting for you near the "PICA" restaurant holding a sign with your name. Identify yourself by showing your reservation voucher. The transfer service will be accompanied only by your group and a driver who will wait for you and take you to your destination. You will travel in a comfortable air-conditioned SUV or VAN. The service is available 24 hours a day. Service authorized by the Ministry of Transportation and Sernatur: complying with all regulations and security measures required by the Chilean government.

2.00I will not use Tripadvisor again for transportation What was advertised as $55 ended up costing 220, driver did not speak English as was advertised and rated online, was we were not picked up curbside- how to walk to the parking ramp. A friend of ours took a taxi from the airport for $75 to San Antonio hotel. The only reason I stuck with Tripadvisor is that I was afraid of a cancellation fee since it was very difficult to get information from Viator. They just kept saying that they would contact the carrier and I sure as heck didn’t need any more cost for the transportation. Clearly, I made a mistake going through Tripadvisor and well worn other people about my experience.
