4.00He was very PROMPT and continued to reply and contact me! Very specific directions he gave. The van was a little dated and no free water. Thank God it wasn’t hot and we didn’t need it!

4.00I scheduled a private transfer to the airport, expecting the driver in a suit taking us in a Lincoln Navigator as we had experienced when we scheduledthe same service from the airport. What we got was a taxi van. We paid a premium for that service and were extremely disappointed.

5.00I highly recommend this tour. We all had a great time in the rainforest. Our guide Shaly was absolutely amazing. She has such great energy, very personable and attentive. Shaly gave good instructions for everything, hiking trails, the water slide, rope swing and cliff jumping. We will be back and asking for Shaly to be our guide again.
