5.00Via emails from the US, I hired Bergen Transfer Service to drive my group of 4 from downtown Bergen to Voss and from Voss to the Bergen airport within the past 2 weeks. Everything about this company was exceptional. The owners promptly replied to my emails from the US with questions I had setting up the transfers and when I was in Norway needing confirmation. Their website would not allow me to book the transfer from Voss to the Bergen airport which was frustrating. So I emailed them and was told they offered such a service but a software glitch wouldn’t let me do it online. They quoted me the price and said a driver would pick us up, and I agreed. And they were right. The 2 drivers were great. Punctual, friendly, informative about all things Norway and excellent drivers. The transfers went very smoothly without any issues, and the price was very reasonable. If I ever return to the Bergen area and need a transfer, they will get my business. In the meantime, I hope they fix their booking software!
