5.00Excellent communication from our driver, Elias. He was prompt, made it clear where to meet him and when. We were given a security code to ask of the driver when we met to ensure that he wasn't someone pretending to be our driver. At the meeting point, he met us while holding a sign with our name on it. Exceptional service all around; highly recommended.

5.00Safe and smooth arrival to Santiago! I received confirmation and meeting details the day prior, the driver was in contact so when I landed there was a message confirming he was ready. The confirmation and meeting details were great, specifying exactly where the driver would be, a picture of the driver’s sign, security verification details, and safety information. The driver was awesome and friendly, van was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend!

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Elias and Cicar Turismo. The communication was great via WhatsApp and every transport was on time. We used Cicar for 4 airport transfers, a half day trip in Santiago, and a day trip to Valpraiso. The driver Elias and the guides were all excellent. The van was spacious for our family of 4 and AC worked great. I'd highly recommend Cicar Turismo and ask for Elias, he's fantastic!

5.00Our plane was delayed so it was very reassuring to see Roberto (our driver) standing at arrivals with my name on his board. Roberto was very courteous, quoted the security code, helped us with our bags and then confidently and safely drove us to our accommodation in Santiago. I would highly recommend this service.
