5.00Used this company four times for transportation between airport and hotel during my trip in Santiago. Great communications via Whatsapp with detailed confirmaiton the day before each trip, extra security measures added at the airport to ensure safe pickup, drivers were professional and friendly. Pickups were always on time. The car used are spacious and clean. Will definitely use them again!!

5.00The company contacted me a day before via WhatsApp with detailed instructions to meet my driver. It was very reassuring when I first turned on my phone after landing to see a msg from the driver letting me know he is already in the airport and reaffirming the meeting instruction. I am very pleased with the service.

5.00We used Turismo Elias Cicar for our arrival & departure transfers through Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport in Santiago, Chile. Our driver, Elias was excellent. He kept us updated prior to our flight and after landing. He was very patient when we informed him of the long immigration lines we had to go through. Later during our journey to the hotel he gave us many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. This company takes passenger safety seriously. As part of their communication they implement the use of a code to ensure the driver approaching you is really your driver. We felt this was an excellent practice given this airport has experienced some unscrupulous drivers trying to coerce passengers by imitating the transfer company you booked with. We would not hesitate to refer Cicar to our family and friends when visiting Santiago, Chile.

5.00Excellent experience. Elvis, our driver, stayed in touch through our entire horrible airline experience with three and a half hours delay followed by a long fifty minute immigration process. It was a great relief to have something go so seamlessly once out of the arrivals area with a smooth comfortable ride into the city and our hotel.
