5.00Our tour of Shanghai zoo was terrific, we were so lucky to have Kalvin (our guide ). His knowledge of Zoo and its history to his knowledge of Chinese History was amazing, you can tell that he really loves his role as a tour guide. And of course the main attraction was the Giant Pandas , and they didn’t disappoint. I would highly recommend this tour . Perhaps you could request Kalvin , he will make it worth it, also his English was great. 10/10 from us Rob Australia ! We will be requesting Kalvin in October when I return to Shanghai with my wife.

5.00The pick up was prompt. The driver Mr Chi was very nice. He couldn't speak English but used his translator. He always opened our door. He also had water available to us. He was very prompt on pick up. It was freezing cold so when he picked us up the car was really warm as he had the heater in the back seat on. We really appreciated it. He was very pleasant. I would thoroughly recommend. Much easier to access the park.

5.00Driver pick up to go to the Zoo Lovely driver, nice clean car. Dropped us off and waited for us to come back. Very polite.
