5.00Our driver stayed in contact with us the whole time until we met up with him. He was so kind to let us make a couple of stops on the way to Antigua. I highly recommend this service, felt completely safe and Roberto even waited until the people for our Airbnb came to open the door.

1.00I would not recommend this transportation company based on my experience. We were told it would be necessary to leave around 3–4 AM to make a 12:30 PM flight due to traffic. That turned out to be completely inaccurate—the actual drive only took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. It felt very misleading, as if we were being pushed to leave extremely early for their own benefit rather than based on realistic travel conditions. If we hadn’t been firm about choosing a 6:45 AM pickup instead, we would have ended up sitting at the airport for hours for no reason. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion on timing and not relying solely on their recommendations.

5.00We had a great experience from the airport to Antigua. Our driver was outside the airport waiting with our name, and got us to Antigua safely. We were able to communicate via google translate. Great price for a private shuttle.

4.00Otto was waiting for us at the airport and communicated with us via WhatsApp. Otto was friendly and got us to Antigua in no time. He was determined to get ahead of any traffic and made swift moves, but otherwise, he was a very good driver.

5.00The driver arrived 30 minutes to our arrival time and provided ample amount of communication. We were staying in the downtown area of Antigua and some roads were blocked off. He got us as close to our accommodation as possible and that was appreciated. I would use this transportation service again. thanks!

5.00I booked with this agency Juímonos Travel and the communication has been excellent! One thing to note. When we first arrived to Guatemala, our driver never showed to the airport. We waited for an hour and ended up calling an Uber after we got in contact with our travel agency who let us know he wont arrive. The Uber ended up not costing us any extra and we still arrived to Antigua with no issues. The reason I give this a 5 star is because the company made the moment RIGHT. They were very responsive along the way, issued us a full refund, and even gave us a complimentary trip from Antigua to the Airport the day of our return flight home. Our driver Alejandro was professional and in contact with us the night prior and also alerted us of an accident that was going to add travel time, and even showed up early to pick is up in order to help make up for this. If you are worried about using a trustworthy business for transportation, I highly recommend this service, company, and driver who adhere to the highest standards!
