4.00We were waiting for 25 minutes for the driver with no communication or response from the company to let us know (even when we messaged them to ask for an ETA through Viator, through WhatsApp, and had Viator try to reach them). We weren’t sure if they were going to show up so started to look into alternative ways to get to our hotel, but he eventually showed up, and once her arrived, he was nice and a good driver and the trip was smooth.
