5.00Mark is very professionnel driver and guide, but more than that he gives us precious informations and at the same time he tells us how to save money. He always waits for us patiently and he is totally available during our trip. With him and his guide tour, we learned how to love this country, this incredible, marvelous Jordan and its people. We do thank him for his time, his punctuality, his patience, his caring towards us, and his humanity.

5.00There were stairs to climb to get to our hotel with no railings. He helped get our luggage up the stairs and into the hotel while my husband helped me up. It would have been a challenge without his help.

5.00Mark was ready with a sign as I exited the baggage area. Short walk to the car and quick transfer to downtown Amman. Mark was aware when I landed and kept up to date on the flight. I will use the service again. Also days before my flight he text me and introduced himself giving myself peace of mind that he would be waiting.
