I booked a mini Buss that was 30 minutes late and we needed to call several times to get the taxi. When it came it was a regular taxi. I ordered 2 chairs for the kids but we got non, and also the car belt was broken. Now the 13th i got a mail, today is the day we pick you up, and in the confirmation it also say the 12th. And they will not refund any money because we choose to take the taxi? How would we otherwise get to the airport in time, when they were 30 minutes late. Never you them

We booked an airport transfer for the 4 of us and agreed a pick up time with the company. The driver was 15min late and rude as rather to apologize for the delay he was saying the booking was only for 3. So yeah I can't recommend. The car was nice and clean (not the rundown taxi you see everywhere in Cyprus).
