3.00Disappointed in that the driver spoke little to no English; had to walk across busy area into parking garage, then in an elevator to drivers car…. The taxi was pretty old, not very comfortable. The cost was pretty high.

1.00We paid for and reserved a private car transfer. The car and driver never showed up. We were not called or contacted. We did receive a refund but no explanation or apology. Will most likely not use Viator in the future even though they were recommended to us by others.
