1.00Viator promises a low price guarantee, so I contacted customer service because I grossly overpaid for my airport transfer. All I keep getting is the same automated message response with different people's names as a sign off. Answered all their questions and provided the necessary details and screenshots and still nothing. This has been going on for over week, Where is the customer service? Seems like Viator makes a lot of promises it can't keep.

5.00Driver was early and proactive in finding us. We had 5 large suitcases and 5 small ones and he was very careful in packing them n the van. The van was roomy and comfortable. It was worth the expense to know that returning to the airport with 10 suitcases was not stressful
