5.00We are a family of 18 and we booked all our transfers and tours during our stay in Dubai and Abu Dhabi which is a total of 7 days during the Christmas Holidays. We were given spacious busses and courteous drivers. Everyone we have talked to were all very accommodating from the start of our inquiry until the end of our tour. What I most like about them is they even get our feedback after the end of each day which shows how concerned they are on the satisfaction of their clients. They were very helpful with all our inquiries and even provided useful traveler's information during our vacation. They were our "go to" whenever we have questions about anything we need to know about Dubai even if it is no longer connected with the transfers and tours, they are always willing to help despite the time of the day of even late at night. We encountered unforeseen problems during one of our tours when the air-conditioning malfunctioned in Abu Dhabi but they were quick in sending an alternative bus all the way from Dubai. They also provided an extra vehicle when our luggage didn't fit in the bus on the way back to the airport. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive compared to other transport companies. We even bought attraction tickets and tours from them which are also discounted as compared to buying on the gates or online. We highly recommend Melody Bus Rental and we will definitely book them again in the future.

5.00I can really recommend MELODY LUXURYTOURS BUSES! We found them by chance last year when looking online for a full-day 14 seater + driver, they replied really quickly and it was so easy to get it all organised via whatsapp. We just had another set of one-day visits to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and it was great to check out from the hotel, leave all luggage in ghe car for the whole day, go sightseeing and then head to the airport. Quick answers, tailormade itineraries and flexibility to change things around on short notice, and all of this for a reasonable price, is exactly that we look for when booking private transportation, so again: well done and looking forward to the next time :)
