1. When we got your information ( Your names, Hotels, room numbers, time to pick up...). We will pick you up at your hotels in Hue city center around 3 km. 2. Our basic English-speaking driver will drive you safely to Phong Nha. On the way to Phong Nha, we will stop by some beautiful places for you to take photos such as La Vang Holy land, Hien Luong Bridge, and Ben Hai River, Vinh Moc Tunnels, as known as the DMZ during the American war. 3. He will be patient and helpful to wait and help you to take wonderful photos. 4. After that he will drive you carefully and safely to your hotels in Phong Nha. 5. He will double-check the car to make sure you get everything, nothing left in the car, and say goodbye to you!

5.00Today had a nice transfer from Hue to Phong Nha. Got a neat reminder in advance with name driver and license plate car. Prima service. Mr. Hau was nice and drove neat and smooth. That we changed the departure time 3 times was also no problem. Super nice that flexibility!

5.00We arranged a Private transfer from Oxalis Tu Lan Lodge down to Hue after our Oxalis experience. We changed pickup times and the number in our group and Culture Pham was super accommodating. Mr Hau came and picked us up right on schedule, even with a Tropical Depression growing into a Thypoon with torrential rain…and he got us to Dong Hoi to drop off our new friends and then onto Hue in the most professional and skilled driving manner I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. I recommend anyone looking for a great transfer to make use of Culture Pham, absolutely fantastic service

5.00Today we went with private driver Hau from Dong Hoi to Hué. During the day, we stopped several times to see the Vinh Moc tunnels, Hien Luong Bridge,… When you need to drive from/to Hué to/from Phong Nha/Dong Hoi, I strongly advice to hire a private driver and take advantage to make these stops along the route. Hau is a good driver. We felt very safe and he speaks good English.

5.00My driver was Mr Hau. I needed a private ride from Don Hoi to DaNang after visiting the caves. Mr. Hau picked me up on time. He was very professional and a very safe driver. He was very considerate. I needed to find a pharmacy. He googled the nearest pharmacy took me there and came inside with me to help explain what I was looking for and make sure was what offered was what I needed. We made several stops along the way at historical sites. My favorite part of the trip was the beautiful Scenery on the Hai Van Pass. If you need a private driver. I highly recommend you ask for Mr Hau.

5.00Mr Hau was fantastic. Our previous tour finished early and he was able to quickly change our pick up time so we didn't need to wait around. He got us to our destination safely and was a great driver.

5.00We booked the private transfer from Dong Hoi to Da Nang. Our driver Mr. Hau was very attentive. He took care of our needs even though we cannot communicate very well in English. We stopped at a few tourists spots for photo shooting and a lunch break with no extra costs. The support team is always responsive on WhatsApp. I do wish the deposit can be paid via credit card without additional costs.
