Unfortunately the vehicle was banged up , a/c super noisy , skidded around a couple corners , and , driver was supper to speak English but didn’t . I wouldn’t recommend this

First let me say that had we not had a flight delay issue I am sure it would have been great. However, our flight was delayed by almost 4 hours, which is completely out of my control. We had a jumper flight from Venice to Naples. When I reached out to the operator they were okay at first and then as time went on they pretty much said I was out of luck. When I explained I didn’t know what to do and what they recommended seeing I was in an unknown country, they said it would cost me another $50 plus a good tip for the driver. I felt I had no choice and paid over $100 euros to the driver. The driver was very nice and the drive was good.
