4.00The driver was very kind and helpful. I was discouraged at first, because there was such a drama about my walker. I worked hard with Viator customer service to ensure that a larger vehicle was needed, but somehow communication was poor and caused the stress. But , we did get where we needed to be and had a very nice ride with a very courteous gentleman.
