  i was picked up by mr Jan from terminal 1 to my hotel 18th january , very nice and friendly guy he also told me a bout praque history and place to go, i wish i can ask him to be my tour guard in praque 🫶🏻 thanknyou

  I submitted as per your request the information of my flight. As I was leaving from Amsterdam to Prague the driver call me if I was at the Airport in Prague I had to resend him the information again. When We arrived at the airport he was no even there and I had to call him. He showed up like 10 minutes after. Not a friendly guy.

  There was a late change of flight times which caused some confusion as the flight arrived early. The company were really helpful in sorting this out and made sure we got to our hotel with a minimum of fuss . Would recommend.

  5 Stars is not enough for my experience with this transfer. They truly earned 5++ stars, two thumbs up, and much more! We had originally scheduled a 4 PM pick-up at Prague airport but our connecting flight in Munich was cancelled. This caused us to be re-route through Frankfurt and then on to Prague. This resulted in arriving 6 hours later than planned. The transfer company were very accomodating in changing our pick-up time on extremely short notice and my wife and I were very appreciative and greatful. When we finally arrived in Prague, they were ready to connect with us at arrivals and we were quickly on our way to the hotel. The car was very nice a roomy. Very comfortable after sitting in a small airplane seat for over 14 hours. There didn't appear to be any traffic and we arrived to our hotel in less time than I had anticipated. Once again, this transfer company was FANTASTIC!! The driver was very courteous and polite. I will definitely use them again if we are ever in Prague again.

  Excellent service!! Although my flight was late the driver was still waiting for me with the smile:) a very kind and professional man:) on the route to the hotel he gave me lots of interesting details about Prague!

  Driver is so friendly and helpful Car is really comfort Arranging meeting and point of meeting is well organized Communication starting from reservation till picking up from airport was well organized via emails and WhatsApp msgs It is not the first time to use Prague driver, it is for the third time.
