5.00This was a great car service, Great communication via Viator app, very responsive when I texted them, my flight plans changed and they were able to accommodation my change without any problems, I would use them again, going to a foreign country and trying to find transportation is challenging enough so having someone wait for me at the airport with my name makes things very easy to finagle getting into the city in Taiwan

5.00The booking, pick up, and drop off were easy and efficient. I only booked the ride from the TPE airport to our hotel a few hours before we landed and while I didn’t receive a personal confirmation from the company, they were there after baggage claim waiting for us with a sign with my name on it. The van was clean and very roomy for the two of us. The diver didn’t speak much English but she was friendly and polite. Will be using this company for our return trip to the TPE airport.
