Reliable service, really nice car and courteous driver. The agency representative met with us right after customs, and the driver came over within minutes. The car was a nice Mercedes passenger van with large luggage space. Highly recommended.

The service was booked in the morning several hours prior to arrival. Messages were sent to confirm well in advance. Driver was not waiting at arrival. The driver who did drive us was a really rough driver and the ride was not smooth. My wife and daughter were sick to their stomach by the time we reached our destination. Not pleasant at all.

Terrible and driver didn’t show up at the airport. My flight was delayed and messaged the driver. But he didn’t check my flight arrival time and claimed he was waiting for me using the scheduled time and not the arrival time. Refused to refund me and I had get another car last min at the airport and pay more for the transfer. Do not use this service.

Arrived later than predicted but transfer went very smoothly and was a great way to start the holiday, were waiting at the arrivals as stated.

I was picked up right outside the arrival hall. Very seamless transfer to my hotel in a clean and comfortable car. Had some excellent recommendations for around the city. Enjoyed and would recommend.
