5.00The night before, despite the sudden request to have an early morning pick-up the next day, they quickly and politely arranged airport transfers. The driver on the day did not speak English, but he was very kind and relieved, calling the company and explaining on my behalf. I was tired of negotiating the price in a local taxi in Luxor, so I really appreciated this response. Careem will ignore the app listing price and ask you to negotiate or pay in cash, so we highly recommend this service if you don't have cash or want to avoid stress.

5.00Booked twice, comfort pick up and drop off to the airport. Both times picked up by Amr, friendly guy. Speaks English. My flight was delayed by nearly 2 hours and he had waited. Thank you and will be booking again in the future
