5.00The driver Ron was waiting for me with a sign with my name and reached out to me as soon as I landed in Vancouver. He guided me through the airport process, and passing through customs at the kiosk was a breeze. He was waiting right outside the baggage claim area, and the Mercedes was very comfortable.
