During Arrival, you can choose to meet & greet or wait at the airport information counter for pick up. Driver will either contact you through calls or identify using place cards. Driver will drop off at the hotel or location. While you're in Singapore, if you need a vehicle for transportation during Departure from hotel or your stay, driver will be there at the stated time.

I booked this company for airport to hotel transfers for our family of 6, I opted for a meet and greet service which is a paid additional option. Since the coordinator, Sathya, was accommodating, and communicates clearly and replies promptly, I was confident that we will be picked up without any issue. However, the driver assigned to pick us up didn’t even go to the designated meeting point. I had to call him a number of times. I was assuming he would meet us outside the belt area but he told us to get out of the building. I had to look for him. He didn’t even get out of his van, he just stayed in the van with a tiny sign. I was not expecting to be treated to a red carpet welcome but I what I understand is he would wait and I didn’t have to scramble to look for him. This was not the kind of service I expected. They need to be more picky with the drivers since they are the actual face of the company.
