For Cruise Terminal-to-Hotel transfers:
Driver will wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes until you complete your immigration procedures.
If you are delayed due to long lines at immigration or a flight delay,
there will be no additional charges. Please notify us in advance.
For hotel-to-airport transfers:
Driver will wait for up to 30 minutes.
If your delay is due to a hotel check-out issue that isn't your fault, please let us know. We will either continue to wait or replace you with another vehicle.
If we are able to contact you, we will ensure your transportation throughout the entire process.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us immediately. We offer refunds or free service.

Your driver assists with luggage and guide you to your vehicle. 4. Comfortable Transfer Enjoy a private, direct transfer to your Seoul accommodation in a clean, comfortable vehicle. Fuel, tolls, and parking fees are included in the service price. 5. Drop-off and Service Completion Upon arrival at your destination, the driver helps unload luggage. 6.
