For Cruise Terminal-to-Hotel transfers:
Driver will wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes until you complete your immigration procedures.
If you are delayed due to long lines at immigration or a flight delay,
there will be no additional charges. Please notify us in advance.
For hotel-to-airport transfers:
Driver will wait for up to 30 minutes.
If your delay is due to a hotel check-out issue that isn't your fault, please let us know. We will either continue to wait or replace you with another vehicle.
If we are able to contact you, we will ensure your transportation throughout the entire process.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us immediately. We offer refunds or free service.

Fuel, tolls, and parking fees are included in the service price. 5. Drop-off and Service Completion Upon arrival at your destination, the driver helps unload luggage. 6. 5.00I would highly recommend this car service. They sent emails and text to confirm pick up and drop off spot including a video of the vehicle. The driver arrived 30 minutes early and drove very cautiously and we felt very safe. The service was from downtown Seoul to Inchenon Sea Port. The van was clean and spacious. He was very considerate as he loaded and unloaded the luggage.

5.00Easy pick up from cruise port to Incheon airport. The driver spoke limited English, but it was enough for the transfer. Driver had big SUV which worked well for our luggage plus a collapsible wheelchair.
