Our friendly staff will have much pleasure picking you from the Nadi International Airport and dropping you off to your hotel located at Denarau Island. We provide free Wifi for you in the vehicle, so that you get a chance to contact your loved ones and tell them about the first sight you have on the beautiful Fiji Islands. We also provide a free baby seat, should you ask for it in advance. Driver was nice. But we deliberately rented a private transfer because we had so much luggage (scuba gear) and we had been traveling for almost 20 hours so we wanted to be able to go straight to our hotel. The driver asked if they could adid another family to our ride and we felt obligated to say yes. But we’re very frustrated by that. It ended up they were able to get the other family in another vehicle but we shouldn’t have been put in that position because they did not have enough vehicles at the airport. The driver talked us into using him personally for a private tour so I canceled a group tour we had scheduled under the assurance he would be the driver. He was not. They sent someone else. Just an all around frustrating experience.
