5.00Ray was very professional and communicative. My flight was canceled and rebooked for the next day and Ray was very understanding and still accommodated my new time pick up. He was there early when I landed at the airport waiting at baggage claim. The car was clean and water was provided. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use this service when I return to Puerto Rico.
