  My boyfriend and I decided to visit Punta Cana for the first time and were nervous about the whole experience. Once we found our driver at the airport, we were finally able to relax. He was very friendly, took our bags, and offered us some drinks for the ride! He was so excited to tell us about his country and we loved learning from him on this mini tour. Our ride was smooth and we arrived at the hotel in no time. We also booked this company to take us to Monkey Land! Highly recommend checking this place out if you love animals/nature. It’s a long 7-8 hour day but I’m telling you it’s worth it! Just pack extra snacks! Anyway, all of the excursions and traveling back and forth from the airport worked out perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When we come back, we definitely want to see if we can get the same driver! Also thank you to Julio for being so communicative! It made me stress less not having to worry about transportation. We definitely want to come back!

  Julio, was in communication the entire time. Answered any questions we had. Cadillac was clean and a/c was cold. Would certainly use them again. Driver Toribio was very informative and made the short trip fun.

  Pickup from the airport to the resort was quick and easy. They showed up early to bring us back to the airport. All around good, easy service.

  Just returned from our trip to Secrets Cap Cana and can't recommend Punta Cana Transfer enough. From booking to pickup, the process was extremely efficient, easy and stress free. The communication was top notch via both email and text. We received communication upon booking, the day prior which proved invaluable and the day of our transfer to and from the Airport. Compared to the transfers offered via the hotel, this was super affordable. We were greeted at the airport with a separate sign and taken to our private car. Offered beer and water for the ride to the resort. Can't beat it!

  I am so glad I went with this transportation company! They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure you were directly handed off. There was no possible way for me to get lost, and they were fast! I will definitely be traveling with them in the future when I come back.
