Punta Cana Transfer driver was waiting for us at the designated airport area with my name printed and also received Whatsapp message stating the driver was waiting. The 15 minute drive both ways were smooth. Departure day, pickup @ 11am right on time @ the Hyatt Zilara. Cleared customs by 11:45 (Wed, Oct 18) and could have been faster had we chosen the other line. Had plenty of time for the 1:36 flight.

Don't look anywhere else if you need transfers during your stay in Punta Cana. Julio and team were professional, punctual and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We were notified whenever our driver was at the location ready for us, and if we had a question, we received a response from Julio almost immediately. The couple we were traveling with even cancelled their own transfer back to the airport (due to lack of responsiveness with the shuttle owner) and booked with Julio after they saw how seamless our experience with him. We will certainly.be using Julio and his team during our next trip to the DR.

We had private transfers via a Cadillac Escalade for our arrival and our departure between airport and the resort. It was an excellent experience. Everything was timely, professional, safe, clean, friendly and the best part was the awesome communication. Very easy and efficient. I highly recommend this company for your transportation needs. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant on our vacation!!
