5.00We booked this ride from Punta Cana airport to Royalton Bavaro via Marriott Bonvoy app. Julio from Caribbean Airport Transfers contacted me via WhatsApp and few days before our arrival and he was very helpful and responsive to our questions. In the airport, as you exit the terminal there is another manager that has assigned us a car. I had to ask around a little bit, but they had me on their iPad with the information provided during booking. The ride was great, a Hunday van that was spacious for us 6 persons. The driver was nice and was happy to talk and answer multiple questions we had. On the way back, the driver came to the hotel and had an iPad with my name on it, easy to recognize. The ride is $35 each way. We felt safe, and thought it was a good option. I will continue to use them, when we go back.

5.00This is by far the best private transportation my family has ever used, and we are lucky enough to get down south pretty regularly. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable (my kids really liked him) but what I appreciated the most was their communications to me prior to my arrival so I knew exactly where they were and when I could meet them. We will definitely book them again next time we are in the Dominican.

5.00The service provided was excellent. Upon arrival at the airport and after collecting our bags, there was zero wait time. Alex, our driver was there, ready and willing to assist. On the drive to the resort, he provided information about the local area and suggested things to do and foods to try. At the end of our vacation, Alex promptly picked us up at our resort and was as kind and courteous as he was during our initial arrival. This service is a “must try.” You will not be disappointed.

5.00Booked private round trip online and paid online. When departing the airport, the driver was waiting for us with a sign that had our name. They checked in with us the day before our departure and was there on time 6am. Process was easy, van was clean and airconditioned, and ride was smooth. Would definitely use again.

5.00Friendly, knowledgable and efficient. We also booked a tour of Santo Domingo through the company. Everything was organised with WhatsApp, excellent communication, drivers and guides were all exactly on time and friendly. Would absolutely use again, thank you.
