When you make your reservation, we receive notification of your details and begin to prepare your transfer. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm the details of the service and the name of your assigned representative. Upon your arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), either at Terminal A or B, one of our staff will be waiting for you, easily identifiable by his uniform and a folder with our logo, containing your printed reservation and your name clearly visible. Our driver will assist you and take you directly to your accommodation or destination in Punta Cana, ensuring a comfortable, safe and efficient transfer.

5.00On time for pickup from airport and pickup from resort back to the airport. Both vehicles were very clean and our drivers were very kind. Communication (via whatsapp) was clear and timely. They were very transparent and quick to respond.

5.00First off, I can say that this private company communicated with me two days prior to my trip. My driver was at the airport waiting for me eventhough I had a delay in my flight. They made sure they gave me directions on how to get through the airport, which was helpful. My driver was polite and friendly. I even requested for the same driver to pick me up to return back to the airport. I definitely recommend this company. I give it five stars. ⭐️
