5.00We had such a great experience with this driver that I’d 100% recommend to friends or anyone planning a trip. First off, punctuality was flawless. He was always on time—actually, usually early—which made everything feel stress-free from the start. No wondering if your ride will show up or scrambling last minute. Huge plus. One thing that really stood out was how flexible and accommodating he was. We needed to make a stop to exchange foreign currency, and he didn’t hesitate at all—just adjusted the plan and made it happen smoothly. That kind of flexibility made the whole trip feel much more personalized instead of rigid or rushed. Communication was also excellent. He consistently checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. It never felt overbearing—just thoughtful and professional. If you’re someone who likes a bit of guidance without being micromanaged, this is ideal. At Ba Na Hills, he went above and beyond by actually escorting us to the ticket office and helping us purchase tickets. That was incredibly helpful, especially since those places can get a bit overwhelming when you first arrive. It saved us time and made the experience way smoother. Personality-wise, he was very friendly, polite, and easy to be around. Not overly chatty unless you engage, but warm and approachable—which is honestly the perfect balance for a driver. 5.00The driver patiently waited for us. Flight was delayed a bit but the immigration was the worst. Too long of a line. At least we made it to the hotel safely.
