5.00We used this service to take a group of 6 friends from CDMX to Teotihuacán and back and it was amazingly seamless. Our driver Luis was efficient and so sweet we had a great time. We even forgot something in the car and he met up to drop it off the next day. We were so thankful. Would definitely use this service again - thank you!!

5.00Diego, our driver for the day, was on time and very courteous. He arrived as scheduled at our Airbnb and stayed with us throughout the day. We had reserved transportation for 8 hours and he has us back at the Airbnb with 5 mins to spare. Communication thru WhatsApp was easy and efficient.

5.00Great communication and service. Our driver spoke English and was giving us advice for our Mexico City trip. Car was really clean. Would definitely recommend for families with elderly to help eliminate logistical headaches and for a more intimate experience at our own pace.
Outstanding service and great customer service. We will visit the city again and hope to get the same service company.

5.00We recently booked a tour through Via Mexa and had the pleasure of being assigned Jorge as our driver for the day. From the moment he picked us up at our Airbnb to the end of the tour, Jorge went above and beyond to make our experience not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. He was incredibly easygoing, warm, and knowledgeable, offering fascinating insights into the city’s rich history and culture during our drive to Teotihuacán. As traveling parents with a baby, we were especially grateful for how thoughtful and accommodating he was throughout the day. He was attentive to our needs, incredibly flexible with timing, and always made sure we were comfortable. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience, and we truly felt taken care of. One moment that stood out to us was when we requested a last minute detour to visit a local market before heading home. Despite the tight schedule and the fact that it started raining, Jorge went out of his way to help us and ensure we made it back safely. That level of kindness and dedication meant the world to us. Honestly, Jorge was such a highlight of our day that we enjoyed our time with him even more than the short pyramid tour itself. He made what could have been a long travel day feel personal, smooth, and special. We even saved his contact because we’d absolutely love to ride with him again in the future.
