Domestic Arrivals After booking, you will receive a confirmation. For domestic, your driver will meet you at the Exemplar desk in the Arrivals/Baggage Hall. The desk is easy to find, on your left immediately as you enter the Arrivals hall. He will be waiting for you with your name on a board. Please make yourself known to him/her then collect your luggage. International Arrivals If you have an Australian capable phone please turn it on as soon as possible. (And please remember to provide us with your number at time of booking). Your driver will be waiting for you adjacent to the Exemplar desk in the arrivals lounge as you exit the custom hall. He/she will be greeting you with a smile and a board with your name on it.

5.00We got a private transfer from Cairns to Port Douglas. The service was outstanding, our driver Sam was fantastic with lots of local knowledge in the way to Port Douglas. The car was comfortable and roomy, a trailer on the back too, sll the luggage with no issues or shoe horning bags in. Sam checked we were ready fro the drive and we had water with us, the drive was a bit linger than normal due to roadworks but Sam kept us informed and sharedsome stories about local places to visit. Thank you Sam. If you are looking to transfer from Cairns Airport Exemplar is the way to go.

5.00A great example of how one star one person review can affect a business on Yelp. This airport transfer was first class both ways. Mark collected us and Philip dropped us off. Very friendly couple of guys and very accommodating when our teenage son forgot to retrieve his device on both occasions. Well done guys. Great service both ways.

5.00Very professional service by driver Tim from Exemplar. He was present at the airport when we landed. Greeted us all with a courteous smile and assisted our group of four ladies with our luggage. Shared a friendly conversation in regard to local tourist attractions and popular restaurants. Very pleasant and enjoyable journey from the airport for us all. Highly recommend this service and driver Tim.

5.00Our travel agent arranged the transfers using Exemplar and every one was great. The drivers were professional, on time, and the van was immaculate. We also used Exemplar to take us to and from the Mossman Gorge and loved meeting Lora, who had been a tour guide before driving. She gave us a great overview of the area as we traveled. We used several transfer services during our time in Australia and Exemplar was the best!

5.00We were picked up at the airport by Edric and taken to our excursion. He recommended a pit stop since we had some extra time and it was well worth it. When we reached our excursion Edric took our bags to the hotel, made sure they got to the room and contacted his office for a pickup since there was a small hiccup with our excursion. He was very professional and funny! Great guy! Thanks so much Edric!

5.00We were given an upgrade from an Airport transfer to a private transfer from Thala. Each resort to the airport. The car was immaculate (and prestige!!) we were given our choice of music, free water and refreshment towels. Edric our driver was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable on the local sights. Amazing service, thank you!!
