1.00We recently used Mick’s Tours for our airport transfers, primarily because they offered a child seat option (at an additional cost). Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. On arrival, there was no car seat provided. We were forced to travel out of the way to collect one, leaving us with no choice but to have our child unrestrained in the car for part of the journey — which was both unsafe and unacceptable. For our departure transfer, the driver failed to arrive entirely. The hotel staff tried calling all available contact numbers on our behalf, and I attempted to reach the company via WhatsApp, but we received no response. After waiting 45 minutes and facing the risk of missing our flight, we had no option but to arrange and pay for a taxi to the airport ourselves. A refund was promised, but over a week later I am still chasing this with no resolution. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would not use their services again.

5.00I organised a return transfer 2 days before our trip with Mick's through the lovely Rebecca who was super quick to act on her emails. Once we arrived in Nadi, It was quite busy and dark on our arrival (8:30pm), so we were not able to find our drivers for the first 5 mins, however the information desk staff were able to assist. Rebecca and Api greeted us warmly and drove us to a local market for some quick supplies, and then to our hotel. On our transfer back to the airport for our return flight, Abel drove us. He was waiting for us at 6:15am on the dot for our morning flight. As first time visitors to Fiji, we were not aware of how terrible traffic gets, so we were EXTREMELY grateful for Abel's quick thinking and amazing navigation to get us to the airport with plenty of time to spare! 200% recommend booking your transfers and tours with Mick's!
