  We traveled to Oaxaca with a family of four. Two being very small children. Javier was exceptional. He was very honest, patient and helpful. He picked us up from airport and took us on a private tour a few days later and the experience was first class. Thank you Javier

  I found Javier here on tripadvisor. This site never disappoints. Just like the reviews stated, he is punctual and super kind. He is super knowledgeable of the areas culture. If you like history he is your guy! We loved hearing all the tips and facts he had regarding the area. We arrived on a super early flight, before 6 am. He was there before we got off the plane. He had suggestions for sites to explore, food and shopping. On our way to our room we learned he offered private tours to several destinations. Totally worth it if you want a tailored experience. Some of the stops on group tours we were not interested in. And on a private tour you can skip and replace with something else. It was a full day of adventure. He will give you suggestions based on what you are looking for. Or like us we didn't know and he was able to fill our day with history of the region with very great guides. Amazing culinary experience as well. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The importance of leaving reviews for us travelers to have amazing experiences. Javier is highly recommended.   Perhaps the best airport pickup experience I’ve ever had. Javier Ortega was incredibly responsive through both the Viator app and WhatsApp, making communication effortless from the start. When our flight was delayed by an entire day, he adjusted without issue and stayed in close contact. He arrived early and was easy to spot at the airport, which made our arrival stress-free. On the drive into town, he shared several restaurant recommendations—and every one of them was excellent. Highly recommended.

  Javier was waiting with the sign as we exited baggage claim. He had texted earlier to say that he had arrived. He provided information about Oaxaca city and restaurant recommendations. Very pleasant, professional..

  Javier made the transfer to and from the airport and hotel very smooth - in addition the driver he had assigned Omar was very helpful he managed to find a family home where they demonstrated how they make chocolate in just one evening. Great service and great people all around! Recommend this to anyone flying in to Oaxaca and needs transportation

  Javier was great. Communicated all the details and was waiting at Oaxaca airport when we arrived. He was super friendly and got us to our hotel. A great driver. Would highly recommend.

  He contacted us on WhatsApp while we were on the airplane to confirm that he would be at the airport. While waiting for our luggage, he sent us a photo on WhatsApp and we sent a photo back so it was easy find him. He also had me name scrolling on his phone. Google maps took us to the wrong building and he called the place we were supposed to stay to get the correct directions. He said that he would not leave us until we were at the correct location. Would hire again.
