Prior to the date of pick up, contact will be made to confirm the pick up details. Your flight will be tracked to ensure that the driver is on standby when you arrive. We will ensure someone is always waiting for you with a sign with your name written on it outside the arrival hall. Once you have been identified, the driver will escort you to a clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned vehicle were you will be provided with complimentary refreshments. We will pick you up at the airport or any hotel within the Montego Bay, Trelawny, St.Ann or Negril area and transport you to you desired destination. For Departure transfer, we recommend a pick up time of at least 3 hours prior to the departure time provided by your airline. Notification will be sent to your email with exact pickup time.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing experience with our driver during our five-day stay in Jamaica. From Montego Bay to Ocho Rios, he made every part of our journey enjoyable and stress-free. He was always on time, professional, and incredibly patient. His knowledge of the area was impressive, he shared so much about the culture, history, and hidden local gems that made our trip unforgettable. He also went above and beyond by providing refreshments upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. It truly felt like we were touring with a friend who cared about our comfort and experience. I highly recommend him to anyone visiting Jamaica and in need of a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable driver. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know!

5.00My family and I took Gibbons Tour and Taxi to Negril and our driver was Tyrone. First he was on time to pick us up and very polite, respectful and jovial. His bus was very clean and at the right temperature. The drive from Montego to Negril was very informative and fun. Tyrone make sure have water on the bus and we stop on sites seeing, the coconut man , the mango lady etc. He is also a very careful driver no speed. Anything we requested Tyrone was will to provide , including the type of music the kids wanted. I would recommend Gibbons Tour and Taxi anytime especially if the driver is Tyrone. Thank you Tyrone. See you next year.

What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were — offering great local insights, tips on places to visit, and even a bit of history along the way. It felt more like a guided tour than just a ride! If you're looking for reliable, relaxed, and top-notch service while in Jamaica, I couldn’t recommend this taxi company enough.
