After meeting in Ålesund and getting to know each other, we go to Andalsnes Driving through the old part of the Art Nouveau style city, you will hear the amazing history of the city. One night, in the middle of winter 1904, the city burned to the ground, but then rose from the ashes in beautiful architectural style, making Alesund world famous. Next we drive through the modern part of the city and you will see what businesses, besides fishing, are popular here and generate income.

We continue our journey through the mountain pass. This is a mountain range where a ski resort is located in winter. In summer, horseback riding tours are organized here. Two tours with Radmyla Jacobsen from a cruise ship. 1- Olden and 2- Alesund. Olden was to the Briksdal Glacier by Troll Car, Loen Skylift but we did far more inbetween. Alesund to Trollstigen viewpoint, Troll wall and far more on route. Radmyla is a great guide and passionate and knowledgeable on Norway. She also is a great photographer and personality. We really enjoyed our trips. We have rebooked for 2026.

Radmyla was an excellent guide. We loved her enthusiasm and passion for Norway. She added special touches to the day to help us truly experience this gorgeous country, from stopping for fresh fruit from local farms, a picnic, to knowing the secret spots that only small groups can get into. Highly recommend taking this tour. The scenery is breathtaking!!
