• Excellent Organisation - Really Made Our Holiday Special!

  We hadn't preplanned our tours for our island-hopping stay in the Philippines, and we realised, we really needed a good tour company who could help us. The first tour we needed to organise was only a few days away, to the amazing Puerto Princesa Underground River. I Googled tour companies in the area and sent off some emails. Hannah, from Corazon, answered extremely quickly (I think in the evening. I don't think Hannah switches off from work, or sleeps!). I instantly liked her approach and detail and a very can-do attitude. So we booked the underground river tour with Corazon. They provided us with an excellent guide and driver, both who took real care of us and really enhanced our day. As we moved around the country, we wanted the same level of service and why go anywhere else? For each destination we asked for a private tour and we gave Hannah some ideas of what we wanted to do. She came back with a very good plan and offered enhancements to our ideas. She arranged everything with the local tour companies and guides and the whole organisation was seamless and she communicated everything perfectly. We eventually took 5 tours with Hannah's organisation: 1. Puerto Princesa Underground River 2. El Nido Island Tour 3. Coron Island Hopping 4. Panglao / Balicasag Island Hopping 5. Bohol Countryside Each guide was excellent: good English, knowledgeable, good fun to be with and really focused on our enjoyment comfort and safety. The drivers and vehicles were all really good and careful and we never felt at any risk. Hannah's work really made our stay very special and very easy. • Must See New 7th Wonder of Nature!

  Beautiful, scenic drive leading up to Sabang Pier. We booked a private tour so we were the only ones on the boat. Once you reach the beach, you walk through the rainforest where you are greeted by monkeys. Hold on to your hats/bags/belongings. They are known to snatch loose items. Don’t show your teeth since monkeys consider this a sign of aggression. Then you ride a banca (canoe) where you are given headsets to listen to a recorded narration on the history of the caves. You will see small bats hanging on the walls. The restrooms are clean. The foot wash was helpful. Lunch is served back at the pier. The buffet includes a variety of authentic, Filipino dishes.   My partner and I had an incredible time exploring the Underground River of Puerto Princesa. The beauty of the river and its cave formations left us in awe. Echo, our guide, was amazing—super funny and full of energy, making the ride to the river so enjoyable. Her warmth and knowledge made the experience even more special, and she shared fascinating insights about the river’s history and geology. The whole trip was seamless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for making this adventure unforgettable!

  The trip was nice because the cave is incredible but if you are going to book this tour bear in mind the following: 1. We had to wake up at 2.30 am. 2. The drivers stopped a few times, totally normal but one of the stops was more than 30 minutes. 3. We had to wait for the guide to come for mora than an hour. That means, we could have departured 1.30h later and not wake up so early. 4. Once the guide arrived, he stopped us in a viewpoint for 10 minutes which we didn't really wanted to stop. 5. In the van, he told us we we're late so we had to wait for about 1-2h for a permit to visita the cave. 6. So that we didn't have to wait doing nothing, he offered altenative activities which we had to pay. We did the manglar one but we didn't like it. 7. The cave was awesome but we we're really tired so we didn't have a good time. I recomend you to got to bed very early the day before if you're thinking of doing this tour. We had a not very pleasant experience because we wastwd a lote of time doing nothing and half an hour on the manglar activity which we didn't enjoy. Eventhough the guide was good.

  My tour was a scam, I paid for a private tour for two and got a group tour instead. This is very bad business. I may recommend a group tour to people but never a private tour because you feel no need to fulfill on what was paid for.

• Great Subterranean River Tour with Echo

  This was a such a great way to spend a day in Palawan. Our tour was professional and friendly with our knowledgeable guide, Echo, whose English skills were outstanding. We had a great time and had a unique experience in a beautiful part of the world.

  We were so impressed with Corazon Travel. They we right on time to collect our group from our cruise ship and even though it was an hour and a half to the Underground river dock, the driver was excellent. Our guide was Echo he was excellent with enough information to keep us informed without going over the top. We were returned to our ship at the time we had requested which was so important to us to advoid any worry.

  So well organised. About 15 of us on our tour leaving Puerto Princesa to the town of Sabang with a stop at lookout on the way and got a waterproof cover for my mobile phone at the stall there. Then a short boat ride from Sabang to the National Park. So beautiful on the water and at the Park. 6 to a boat with a guide and audio guide (a few languages as option) as we entered the Underground River / Cave. Saw swallows and bats, many cave formations. Definitely a must go trip if you are in the area. Buffet lunch back at Sabang, then 2 people went on a 1 hour tour of mangroves while the rest of the tour hung out at the nearby beach. All finished by 2pm and head back to PP. Warning - you are very likely to get wet either getting to the Park or leaving the Park to hop onto boat so bring a water proof bag or protect your mobile.
